we absolutely love this place!! the room is exactly as shown in the pictures - very cute Greek island style decoration with an amazing sea view. I can simply spend hours on the balcony. breakfast in the garden directly facing the sea. staff is very friendly and helpful. large parking space.

nothing. probably watching out for the cats that will grab your breakfast if you just leave it on the table!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel set slightly outside the main area of town in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from all the shopping and restaurants. Our rooms were large, spotless and airy with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. We were in the block above reception with large balconies overlooking a lovely cobbled courtyard between the two parts of the hotel and could just see the sea. We loved sitting on our adjoining balconies and having a glass of wine and a chat each evening before and after dinner. The bathroom had a powerful shower plus a spa bath and the design of the shower cubicle meant that you never got water on the floor after the shower as often happens in hotel rooms. Tea, coffee or a mini fridge of water and sodas refilled each day was a nice touch. The variety for breakfast was great and included fresh omelettes if you wanted them. There is a small pool in the beautiful garden which overlooks the sea. The hotel also provides cotton wraps to use on the sunbeds by the pool or for taking to the beach clubs nearby. There is a sister hotel next door with a sushi and cocktail bar and fabulous views across the town and sea which is well worth a visit for the food and live music one night a week. All the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They organised two trips for us both of which were good value, great fun and the group size was small. We can honestly say it was hard to find anything that we didn't like. Would definitely return to this treasure of a hotel.

Really hard to find anything not to like Only minor suggestion woukd be to have some larger mugs for tea/coffee at breakfast as I like English tea but I simply took the mug from the room so really not a major issue.

Payam Hotel is located close enough to the centre of Kas to easily walk in and back, just 5-10 minutes takes you to the main area for restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming and polite and try very hard to make your stay relaxing and pleasurable. The facilities have been updated since our last stay with a nice vegan cafe which serves great coffee and a good selection of mezes and cakes.

We didn't use house-keeping much, but when we did ask them to clean the room they left the old tea cups and used bottles. A minor gripe which was easily solved by cleaning them myself.

Staff were really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was also really central in a great location, only a few minutes walk away from the harbour. Rooms were tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and during our 6 days staying there, they varied the options. They also supplied glass refillable water bottles for the room which was a great idea and very eco friendly. Pool area was quite small for the size of the hotel with only 7 sun loungers, but even though the hotel was fully booked, we still managed to get a bit of time in the pool, and it was in the sun most of the day (with some shady areas for those who don’t want full sunshine). All in all, it was a really enjoyable place to stay!

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful even before I actually arrived. The hotel itself is very nicely designed, my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, they also provide you with a lot of non-alcoholic drinks for free and have few drinking water spots on the territory. Breakfast was also great, lots of options to choose from (please, share a bit with local cats). There are two pools, they are not big, but very nice and in this period not busy at all. The hotel that shares same space has amazing rooftop bar, perfect for sunset view and a few great cocktails. The location was perfect in my opinion. It’s very close to the center, yet calm and quiet. It’s up the hill, but the climbing is not so long / challenging. There is Kas Camping beach nearby, which I personally loved the most after visiting pretty much all of the most recommended beaches in Kas. Definitely would love to stay here again when I come back.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the location is great - it's quiet, yet the city center is nearby. We went to KasKamping beach, which is only an 8-minute walk away. Additionally, there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. The room was clean, fresh, with nice designs and amenities, such as a sewing kit. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor area and two pools. They also provide beach towels. I am happy that I spent several days there. Thank you very much!

Very nice people all around. Helpful in arranging day trips and making sure that we got most out of our stay in Kas. The tour recommended to Kekova was really good. Breakfast is great, with many different options available. Rooms are clean and cleaned on request. Location is excellent. Short walk (sometimes a bit steep) to the city center. Very short walk to some of the beachclubs. The restaurant on the opposite of the hotel serves many interesting vegan dishes. And some of the other restaurant close to the hotel also have a really nice atmosphere.

Exceptional view from the balcony, room 503 had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast in the garden was great with a variety of options. Staff was very helpful. Strongly recommend.

During breakfast there were too many cats, we were not able to eat in the garden for the rest of the days. On first breakfast, a cat scratched my friend's finger while she was busy eating. N she bleed alittle. It was a real discomfort in the morning.

The hotel is located in the quiet corner of Kaş but in the very close proximity to everything you might need. Excellent cleanliness and comfort everywhere in the hotel. The beds are the most chilling ever. I loved the balcony with sea view and Mediterranean street vibe. Staff with excellent English and happy to help with our requests. Breakfast had gorgeous variety of fresh and tasty local food... Served at a terrace with incredibly charming sea view.

everything. our family room on the ground floor was perfect. it faced onto a traffic free street and meant our 6 year old could wander a bit independently. the almond crushing was also a hit. breakfast was 10/10 wow wow wow. the room was beautiful - spacious, clean and stylish. appreciated the bigger sink and plug for hand rinsing. such a great place for families.

shower could run a tiny bit hotter. maybe because it was spring with less sun if solar heated?
