Very fresh , stylish and nice hotel . The rooms are comfortable , very nice terrace place for the sunset and evening time , when you want to escape the crowdy Kash centre . As as are newly opened property , they need to fix some problems with staff . But for sure we will be back.

The beach is located in the another hotel , the hotel purpose the buggy service for you , but the way down with the stairs is a little bit hard during hot time . Also very pure variety of the menu at the beach .

I booked the sea view room, they have really beautiful views, swimming pool and garden

Most of the staffs don’t speak English, they don’t offer shuttle bus service. It’s better come with your own car. And they don’t provide free water in the room you have to go reception ask for it.

The hotel was in great location, easily accessible from the centre and vice versa. The staff readily arranges a shuttle whenever you require one to go to private beach or back to hotel Room was clean at the time of the check-in, and was cleaned daily Room and hotel facilities was sufficient. The staff was very professional and helpful during our stay 24h. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with various national and international cuisine dishes.

not paying attention to small details

The property is in a great location and has an excellent breakfast.

1. The rooms are made to look a LOT bigger in their photos - these are small rooms for the amount you pay for them 2. I asked for an iron - a simple request given by every hotel I’ve stayed at around the world. here they told me that they only offer an ironing service. I understand the idea - but in practice it’s often much more convenient for the guest to iron for themselves. this was such an occasion. I have plans that was was made late for because I had to wait over 30 mins to get a shirt ironed. if I did it myself it would have taken less than 5 mins. 3. The property looks new but there are things falling off the walls 4. The staff didn’t know about major attractions in the area. I went to them with the information for a ferry to a nearby island and they knew nothing about it.
