Al Seef Resort & Spa By Andalus

This is an amazing accommodation. I'm very very glad that I chose to stay at Andalus Al Seef resort and spa during my 2 and 1/2 week trip to Abu Dhabi. I could not recommend this place any further. The staff are really friendly and the room was amazing. The compound is great with so many food options and it's just so relaxing to walk around. Highly recommend.

Initially, the staff was a bit hesitant to change my reservation when a medical emergency had come up. However, after some talking they understood and they were very nice and did a gesture of Goodwill and changed the reservation. I cannot recommend enough this place. The staff are friendly and the place is great.

This is a very well run hotel and the room was quite big (had a mini kitchen with some standard tea/coffee stuff). Everything was neat and clean. The best part was the full gym which is open 24/7 (It has loads of weights and dumbbells up to 40KG). My entire stay was quite peaceful and enjoyable There is a small mall next to which has a big grocery store and popular fast food chains. There is nothing nearby so you will need to get a car or spend a lot more time to travel to the main city or other tourist attractions. The staff was very accommodating and even helped me with an urgent request at 6am.

Location is the only thing going against this property but I will still stay here if I come to Abu Dhabi based on how much I enjoyed staying here.

From the moment we arrived to reaching our rooms, everyone that we talked to were very accommodating and attentive. the rooms were very clean and spacious since it was setup as a villa. the kitchen was spotless and the amenities inside the hotel were amazing. lots of restaurants to dine in to. there were a some renovations going on, but its neatly covered. there is really a lot of things that you can do inside the hotel and in addition, they are also attached to a strip mall with a grocery in it. they even listened to my additional requests and even sent out a small cake for the birthday of our friend's daughter, a nice touch indeed!

the security during our stay was a bit rude, and was talking to our friends in a rude way. this is us nit picking, and i know we might have had more people celebrating the 5th birthday of a child than expected, but there is always a nicer way of approaching a guest, especially in the hospitality industry. after a few bouts with the first security who approached us, who even said that he would confiscate some of our devices that may cause some noise, another security staff named George came in to help, and help he did. compliments to his more gentle approach, everything was solved.

One of the most perfect places for relaxation and rest that I have been to so far. A very quiet and extraordinary place. The room was very spacious and nice, I had a big and very comfortable bed 🤗 The pool was fantastic with warm water. The gym is something extraordinary! 🏋️ The local restaurants have very tasty food and everything looks very good! Very professional and high quality! Near you have a little mall with a good market in it! I loved the fruits from there and also they had everything in the market! Also the mall have some fast-food restaurants 😇 That’s pretty cool I think! Location is great… very easy to get a taxi for good price to everywhere :)))

the pool the pool the pool, the restaurants, coffee shops, and mall all of which are on the resort. the sofa spa was amazing. The OWL CAFE that is in the resort is a must must visit. staff were amzjngamazing, beyond accommodating and extremely professional, all of them, from the security guard to reception to house keeping, they all deserve a raise.

Although they were clean, the rooms were quite dated and in need of some updating. if I was the managemer of this property I would definitely look into some light renovation and updating of the rooms and over all repair of broken appliences and hardware

Lovely resort next to a pleasant mall. The rooms are great and we also had a big terrace. No elevator available but for us not a problem. It’s a bit outdated but everything is clean, staff is doing everything to help and the service with golf cars to get you through the resort is nice. The pools are very relax and nice you can choose which pool you wanne use. Pool staff are very kind. There is a great restaurant; Sanderson’s Cafe for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Always taxi’s around. WiFi available in whole resort.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went fast and smooth. The room was clean and cosy, with a huge terrasse. There were all the nessesary toiletries in the bathroom, even the toothbrush and toothpaste, very helpful for those who travel light!

Limited dining options. The coffee shops on the hotel territory are quite pricey. There is a small mall near the hotel, but I found there mostly fast food restaurants, Carrefour doesn't have ready meals and is quite small. Also, the hotel is dry and the area seemed a bit conservative.

I place was amazing. The staff was very kind. They helped me for booking taxi for airport. They guided me how I can explore Abu Dhabi by free bus service. The place was clean and quiet. There were great cafes and restaurant. I remember Gangandeep, he was so kind. He helped me finding my way and also helped me to create a short video. Overall my stay was relaxing and great. I really loved the fresh green apples from garden. Thank you!!

One thing that bothered me was I had to walk from E8 to reception. haha, Rest everything was so great!! Well at the time of check out the staff came to pick me up so there were no problem. It was all nice. Thank you.

Hotel staff was very helpful! Rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good. The swimming pool was very clean and nice. It was great to have a small shopping mall next to the hotel.

Assistance with parking the car should be more focused. Almost after every parking, I identified markes on different parts of the car. Also, it would be better if refurbishment was conducted in the rooms. It seems rooms were refurbished long ego.

Loved the resort concept! The pool is beautiful and very calm in the morning. You really feel on vacation. The amnesties were great too! Food was delish! Staff is very friendly! :) I will come back!

Around 11pm, I was walking alone to my room amd one guest harassed me verbally and followed me around even if I told him I was not interested and I am married. Please make sure the resort is safer at night! There’s not enough light and security. I was very scared and I run to my room. That was the only negative thing that happened. Oh and the pool was wayyyy too crowded in the late afternoon/early evening.
