Park Rotana Abu Dhabi

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the service we received. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We would like to give special thanks to Neeshma from the restaurant and Abdul Awal, room attendant, for their excellent service. Neeshma was always smiling and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make sure that we had a pleasant dining experience which was very helpful with our infant. She also made sure that we had everything we needed. Abdul Awal was also very helpful and attentive. He kept our room clean and tidy, and he was always quick to respond to our requests. An excellent worker and very friendly too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Park Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent, food was great and the service is top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Abu Dhabi.

Location was abit further from the city however, it was definitely worth being away from the hustle and bustle to get the relaxed atmosphere. City, mall and other sights are all within 5-15minutes taxi drive away. Local taxis also work out cheaper than Uber and are readily available from the hotel too!

The location was good away from the peak traffic in Abudhabi. A lovely gentleman called Raj upgraded me to a one bed apartment but the outlook was the road, so I took a suite overlooking the back of the hotel which was fairly quiet and I loved the fact I could open windows. You get so used to hotels with glass and no windows in the UAE. In winter it's great to have fresh air coming in. A large selection of restaurants and bars on site and a large ground level pool.

My only gripe was no bathtub in the suite and the bed was super hard.

Stayed in an interconnecting room. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms were great. Staff were exceptionally friendly from the concierge, reception to the cleaning staff. Location was good as well. Close to grand mosque, Galleria mall and a little drive from Yas island.

Breakfast was a bit too disorganised with trying to find seating so that can be better managed. The egg station should be separate from the food offerings below. I didn’t get to see anything there as it was too busy.

Good for price, good location, comfy, and the staff are literally amazing, truly all of them. The receptionist Alaa would always meet you with her beautiful smile that comes from her deep pure heart and friendly soul, Mohammad is also a very polite, professional, and very helpful receptionist, I have never left these two unsatisfied. Arif is the one who cleans my room during my long stay and I can say nothing but that he does his work with high integrity and with a smile that does not leave his face. Highly recommend this place.

Easy to get to. Lovely facilities and very good staff. The hotel was clean and easy to move around. Good variety of food. The pool bar was good, with excellent service from Emam both days.

There was a football tournament on in Abu Dhabi, which meant that a few of the teams stayed at the hotel. They were VERY rude to the staff. I mentioned this at check out. Breakfast was chaos because of these groups. Next time it might be better to serve them meals in a conference room or serve them at the table so that they don’t push other customers out the way and are not rude and disrespectful to staff.

Everything was perfect, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty to do on site, great buffet in the evenings really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it, I will be definitely stay her again when I am working in the area.

The hotel is well run, organised and clean. Facilities are all in every good condition. Staff are lovely. A big thanks to Alaa on reception who gave us the warmest of welcomes. Andrew who looked after us really well during breakfast making lots of hot chocolates for my son and Malick in housekeeping who kept our room spotless.

It’s not on the water and there’s nothing much nearby

Almost everything is good,

The other room, there is a door and can hear other side. If there was a barrier between the two rooms will eliminate sound to come in, I know the use of door is for families merging two rooms but when booking two individuals will need that kind of barrier

The rooms were super clean & tidy, the breakfast was superb, staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were very fast, free car parking always available, the location of the hotel is on the beginning of Abu Dhabi island, which made it easy to reach other areas of interest!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Reception staff were very good. Josielyn received us and checked us it. She was very polite. Mr. Babu helped us with our baggage and helped with the nearest RT-PCR test location. Don and Mr Karan(lifegurds) at pool were amazing. Full marks to all. Pool was too good, with shade from pool bar area.

1. View- not good at all. 2. Very poor options for vegetarians in buffet breakfast. Boiled eggs stacked with roasted potatoes.......not good for a vegetarian
