Welcome was warm, as was the room on a cold winter's day. Beds were comfy and bathroom clean and the tea/coffee facilities in the room were well stocked. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and plentiful with attentive servers. Note you need to indicate your breakfast preference on a sheet the night before you eat. They have blank spaces for how many eggs, bacon, sausages etc you want - I found the maximum sausages they will allocate is two. Not sure about the rest. :-)

The food sheet should have options for one or two for sausages etc. that you need to circle rather than a blank space to put a number if they're not going to give more than two! A VERY minor gripe. :-)

Breakfast was excellent and efficiently managed with a pre-order system in place. Great selection - I had the poached eggs on avocado & sourdough with chili oil. The room was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet with a beautiful view. The bar has a good selection of wines and spirits, also local gin and cider, as far as I could tell. We didn't have dinner there but it seemed to be a popular restaurant.

The bar atmosphere could have been cosier. Indirect and warmer lighting would help, tea lights, music. Also in the breakfast room it would be nice to have some fresh flowers from the garden and some background music. I'm not sure if there is an option to have breakfast in the garden in high season because it really is a beautiful space.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely sea views, exceptional food. So glad we were able to stay for an evening meal during our stay. Silky smooth pate, tender duck and a mouthwatering Toblerone brownie to finish. Heaven. Breakfast was every bit as good. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, quiet & smiling which made our stay very relaxing.. Assistance with electric vehicle charging was much appreciated. Our ground floor Seaview room had a lovely walk in shower and was spotlessly clean and beautifully fitted out. Lovely views out over the bay & towards falmouth. We'd definitely love to visit again. Do keep an eye on which direction your sat nav is taking you when heading away from the hotel, as the lanes (in common with much of this beautiful area) around Gweek and Constantine can be particularly narrow and twisting if you have a large vehicle and head out that way, rather than heading right in the village, towards the main road. Take your time, and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way.

The hotel was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly.

We could not fault this hotel in any way, The bedroom/bathroom were spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, superb sea view. The dining room and bar were of a very high standard, And all the staff and management could not do enough to make our stay memorable, All meals taken at the hotel were of a high standard, Shows what can still be achieved by a Family run business which thrives on personal service.

We enjoyed our holiday at this hotel, we will book again in the near future, and we would recommend this Hotel to anyone, who is looking for a well run Hotel and very fairly priced for what is included.

The quality of the Room was very good with a comfortable bed and cosy chairs giving views over the bay. The en-suite was clean and worked well. The restaurant was exceptional and the Hotel has its own well-stocked bar. There was plenty of parking on site and the hotel is situated in a lovely area of the Cost Path and has lovely lawns to sit out on and enjoy the views. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and looked after us very well.

Due to CV-19 the hotel was not running a buffet for breakfast. Having to pre-order food the night before is understandable but we found this restriction a little unnecessary. If you are likely to need lots of WiFI please check with the hotel before you book as we found this was patchy and signal was intermittent in our room.

Lovely spacious room with sea views, comfortable bed, best shower over the bath ever couldn't fault it! Delightful staff.

A little isolated, if you wanted to go out for a meal the nearest place was a 10 min walk but was quite pricey, otherwise it was a short drive to the other side of the peninsula nearer Gyllenvase. Of course there are evening meals at the hotel but we didn't try these as we prefer to eat out.

From the welcome when we arrived until the time we left, our stay was wonderful. Our room, and indeed the whole hotel, was spotlessly clean. Our room was beautiful, well-furnished and with a fantastic view of the sea. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and we appreciated the fact that we could order what we wanted the night before. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Evening meals were delicious

There really wasn't anything that we did not like or felt could have been better.

Trelawne Hotel was a wonderful break away from the hustle and bustle of life. Peaceful, quiet, spotlessly clean, good food and wine, attention to detail. Dairy free catered for very well. Exceptional views from our room and the restaurant and lounge. Comfortable beds and pillows for fibromyalgia. A fantastic hotel.

Nothing! There are a few rules to live by but that’s what makes Trelawne such a peaceful, tranquil, clean setting.

A beautiful hotel. Fantastic and appropriate decoration in every respect. The sea view was amazing. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a very big, clean bathroom. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The dinners were extremely good. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there were we to visit Cornwall again.

We couldn't find any fault whatsoever.

The place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The views are breathtaking. The breakfast was cooked to order, so nice and hot.

The TV in the bedroom was a bit small, could do with being a bit larger. Also, we paid extra for a dog. In the past, when we stayed with a dog, they provided a doggy pack.eg, mat to sleep on, bowl for water, and a couple of dog biscuits. Just a suggestion.
