TownePlace Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

Awesome location if you visit Lucas Oil Stadium. Just few minutes walking distance from the Stadium. Downtown City Center is also within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is great with a lot of choices. Gym was great. Staff very friendly. Nice that. you can buy drinks and snacks at reception. Bed was awesome quality.

Breakfast baked eggs: please don't put butter on the eggs. Maybe it's an American thing to do that but then offer butter separate. I found it to be very unhealthy and not taste good at all. I would recommend to also serve out boiled eggs which are much more healthy since eggs are baked in a lot of butter too I guess.

Right when we walked in, the lady on duty was so super nice and personable, I loved it! The place was clean. Good parking garage, kind of tight getting in the gate, it was nice to have a safe place to park. You could only go in the garage with your room key and get in the elevator from the garage with your room key. The room was great, spacious, and clean. The gentleman on night shift was friendly as well when we went to buy snacks at midnight, they had a good selection of those, as well as beer/wine if you wanted that. The breakfast was super with a good selection of food.

I have a preference for a super soft mattress so I thought the bed was a little on the hard side but that's just me.

So close to lucas oil stadium. Literally couldn't have picked a better hotel to walk there. We were in town for the motley crue concert and the hotel even played music from all the bands at the concert in the lobby the day of the concert. Friendly staff, parking was easy Im the garage and we felt that our car was safe beds were super comfy with great pillows.. There wasn't much food in the area that we wanted to eat (alot was too fancy for my husband and i) but "the whistle blower" is a great small bar withinwalking distance. Great drinks, friendly staff, and great eats! You have to have the seasoned waffle fries.... trust me... they aren't typical fries.

I really loved the daily breakfast buffet; it was a hit; fluffy waffles, and delicious fresh coffee. The staff was very nice and patient with everyone...always aimed to please and make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied with their services.

There weren't anything that I disliked; but I thought the suites would be larger. I liked having the fridge and microwave in the room.

Very clean and homey. Breakfast was good and nice to have.

The shower was not very adjustable and getting a temperature you want was near impossible. It was either too hot or not warm enough. When you got it to a temperature that was comfortable the water pressure was poor. Room 316 needs maintenance.

Room was very comfortable - nice sized bed with plenty of pillows - the extra amenities - staff was very friendly - lobby was nice - overall we had a very pleasant stay

The covered parking ( too tight - needs more space ) - The shower ( only 1 door on stall which can lead to overflow - only 1 safety grab bar located at open end - need 1 by showerhead to prevent falls ) The daily breakfast was okay, but not great - needs more variety of choices

I liked the feel of the hotel. I was not overtly large and was very clean. It was a nice travel hotel within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

The front desk person was playing bartender. She really had no clue what an IPA was or how to make a Vodka tonic. I could've just made it myself.

The staff was excellent very accepting of my fur baby and was always helpful with every question and concern all the while being pleasant and very respectful. The room was amazing very spacious just like having an apartment and was close to all the downtown attractions

There isn't anything I could complain about

Breakfast was decent. A little bit on the salty side but that is to be expected. The place was very clean and quiet which was really great.

There was a strange smell in the closet and the lighting was a bit too soft.

Night attendant at desk was rude when I came down to get water but the gentleman working the front desk the morning of our departure was extremely helpful and charged my finances phone for us before we left. Also the breakfast staff was very great.

Everything was fine except for the rude young lady working the front desk at night.
