Comfort Suites Kansas City

I liked having 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I liked that the breakfast had the waffle maker. Reasonable breakfast selection, but could have more. Didn't hear a lot of noise from other guests.

Didn't have large shampoo/conditioner and body wash like I have seen in other hotels at this price. I was expecting that so I didn't bring body wash and had to go buy them. The small soaps offered are more of what I would expect at a lower value hotel.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We found food we wanted to eat at breakfast each morning. The room was clean and spacious.

Clean the air conditioner unit vent where the air blows into the room. Went to breakfast on Saturday at 8 am and all tables were full with families. We and others had to sit on chairs and couch in lobby. Maybe have some folding tables and chairs available to set up in lobby when a lot of people show for breakfast.

our air conditioner in the room would leak and drip on the carpet which I think overtime creates a musty smell in the room. I put towels down two nights in a row to keep from hearing the dripping. Room 106 AC unit needs to be looked at. Other than that the staff was amazingly kind and helpful and the breakfast was great!

The breakfast was decent for a hotel but a little over cooked. The room was a little over priced for the room quality but over all enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean but the ac did not blow very well. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by for convenience.

The room was a little small for the amount paid. The jacuzzi area should have mirrors around it and not be so plain.

I was here for World's of Fun with 4 teenagers.The room was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. They had a great variety of food for breakfast even my pickiest eater got full. The staff we encountered were courteous. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

They wouldn't give us an extra pillow for the pull out sofa.

I felt like the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean although the hotel could use some updating, especially carpet because it looks dirty and makes your feet dirty in the room. The bed was comfortable and had 4 pillows so that was nice and best of all good price for the size of room which was quite large!!! Had 2 queen beds a sleeper couch and another sitting bench. Very nice!!! Also microwave and fridge!!

I felt the carpet was a bit dirty and hot tub in pool area not working.

Better than I expected. It appeared to be family owned and operated which I like. They were friendly and the bedding was way nicer than I thought it was gonna be since the price was reasonable. Nice pool area and free hit breakfast included!

I loved it all.

Everything was great staff breakfast rooms beds everything. Had a real good stay just wanted the hotel that was closer to WOF

I was initially trying to get a hotel as close to worlds of fun as possible but it took me to this one about 15 min away notnthe hotels fault more the website when i clicked on hotels near by the google maps the adress it said it was 2 min away but that was the other comfort suits so hotel great website needs to be reconfigured for worlds of fun goers

The staff was great. Comfortable and quiet room. Great location. Small pool. Great for older couples not so much for kids.

Breakfast was not ready at 6am or 7am. I'm not sure exactly when the eggs were finally put out but the staff that did show up were very pleasant and handled it well considering they were short handed.

Breakfast was adequate, not great selections. Yhe did provide us with exttra towels, etc.

They were upgrading the hotel (a good thing), however, they were still installing carpeting so the glue smell was still evident.
