We loved Harrison the bartender with the sandwich tattoo on his arm.. he was great . Most Personable staff we met that whole weekend. Keep up conversations with everyone at the bar interaction was great. I didn't know what I wanted to drink I had him recommend something I LOVED IT .. great job Harrison.. the hotel in general was great

I didn't like the way they did not do what I asked after I was told that would be fine. We had a issue with the way they ran our cards they can 2 debit cards and a credit card it was all subpost to go on to the credit card. They just needed the befit card to h the rooms well they rangy befit my husband's and my credit card. That was a hassle when it didn't need to be. Other than that all was great.. o the toilet paper was 100% awful lmao Mayne lk into higher quality of toilet paper I'll be bring my own next trip .

Breakfast was great! You have lots of options, you can even diy waffles. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. We loved the walkin shower and the thermostat in the room. The pool was almost always vacant, we loved that it was heated and connected to an outdoor patio as well. The hotel was close to several meal options, we enjoyed not having to drive more than 1 minute to eat, have starbucks, or go to the grocery store. We had a decent sized fridge in the room and even a dish washer, we didn't need to leave the room to make ourselves food or store it.

The bar wasn't open on Sunday. There was no dvd player for the TV in the room. The TV was located on the wall to the side of the bed instead of the end of the bed, it was weird but didn't hate it. We wished they offered meal options to order or even a little restaurant for lunch and dinner but being local to so many restaurants was convenient

The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a lot of variety. The rooms were nicely decorated, modern, and very comfortable beds. We appreciated the kitchenette and nice size closet. The tv was a generous size as well. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the shower was exceptional. Everything was very clean- outside, lobby, breakfast area and rooms; even the elevators!

The only gripe we had was that there was no bacon on the breakfast buffet. 😂

Breakfast selection was decent and allowed for a late start. Room was near an exit other than the lobby.

Room was so disconnected from the patio to cookout using the outside perimeter. Queen rooms have table and chairs but the King room didn't offer. Staff accommodated us

Breakfast was great, lots of pre-packaged selections. Rooms were spacious, loved the kitchen space. Came in really handy for our family. We used the guest laundry service which was great with a longer term stay. Would stay here again!

I do not have any recommendations on improvement. We stayed for 10 days while we were in a pinch of not yet being able to move into our new house. Bellow zero temps outside - rooms were warm and cozy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast had great options for hot items and cold items. Coffee was very good.

small shampoo and conditioner bottles for an air traveler. I could have used 3 of those with my family of 3 over two nights.

Breakfast was not so good. French toast was hard (even brought out fresh). Waffle mix was very “floury”, sausage was turkey, no hot eggs. glad their was bagels. everything else was great tho!!!

Surprisingly, our room was especially quiet (4th floor, expressway side). Bed and pillows super comfy. Temp easily adjustable. Staff responsive to our needs and friendly.

Trouble with a in-room coffee maker. But coffee in lobby was bold like we like it.

Excellent room! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Large room and bathroom. Nice to have a bar right in the lobby.

It was convenient to my family in Liberty. Clean and modern. Nice place to walk our dogs outside side door. I had asked for ground floor but none were available so they gave us a room on second floor right by stairs. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Room was a little small. Kind of crowded.
