Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

I made my reservation online. There was no place on the website that it indicated there would be an additional charge for my pet. I feel that just saying you have a pet friendly motel but not saying that there is an additional fee is misleading. In addition, it did not say that there were a limited number of pet rooms (which I did figure to be the case) I indicated I was bringing a pet. When I got there to check-in the person who checked me in indicated that they may not have a pet room available. I feel like I should have been told that up front. I think that had I been able to call and make the reservation that problem could have been avoided

The rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Suite with Two Queen Beds and One King Bed was great price for our family! 2 bathrooms was a plus! Staff was great, and let our kids along with other families swim past posted pool hours.

The outside appearance of the building seems grungy, but inside is totally different.

Convenient right off the highway. Easy to find. Breakfast in the morning was such a help to my family.

Pool was cold

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool was great kids loved it. The price was great also cheapest in the area that we found last minute.

The outside appearance was a little out dated but don’t let that stop you from staying. Rooms are updated and clean.

It's up to date nothing of what the website shows, very spacious rooms, great place for families with little ones, my kids enjoyed the indoor pool specially on those rainy days. Just about 3-5 minutes from Mt.Olympus theme Park, very close to downtown where you find everything for everyone and lots of restaurants around such as diners, Mexican, Italian, pizzerias, McDonald's, Burger King, basically anything you need on the way.

No room service for the 4 days we were there had to ask for more towels and trash bags, we had to throw out our own trash outside in cans they had around hotel, no Laundry room to wash clothes and this is a first in the econo lodge hotel usually they do have one.

Staff very friendly and willing to accommodate.bed very comfortable. Enough pillows on each bed.

Pool was not filtered well. Other people's hair was in it. Also not so clear. Outside of building was unkept.

We really like the environment and our room it's like home away from home. It's really clean. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Just the pillows, the seems kind of too flat.

It’s a nice place to Stay

I did not like the fact that when I booked the stay I was going to be getting free passes for a water park and when I got there I got a little book for a coupon I was very disappointed with that

We felt the beds, bedding, pillows met our expectations - just right. The rooms heating was consistent without noise. Everything was very clean. We have an issue with motels (especially high end) not giving full blankets that go up to your neck. Looks nice, but sucks for sleeping.

The housekeepers were so nice and helpful! And I have never slept in such a comfortable bed before this hotel. The beds were AMAZING!

The location of the rooms. We had a separate entrance and no elevator. The towels were tiny. And finally the toilet was very close to the wall, kinda odd
