La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells- Lake Delton

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

There were no bath towels in my room. I went to the front desk to ask for bath towels because we needed to shower. The associate did not want to give me any towels even though I told him that there were no any towels in the room when I checked in. When I booked my room it said that Knicklehead passes were included with the stay. I was not given any passes or offered any discount passes. False advertising.

Pros: This hotel is newer so it was very clean, great location, the staff was very friendly and the rooms are a nice size. I really enjoyed my stay. The beds and pillows were very nice and soft. The bathroom was nice and clean. My room had 2 TV's a microwave and refrigerator, which was a plus. Overall Great hotel, friendly staff and nice continental breakfast selection.

Cons: You can hear noise in the hallway. The doors need to be more secure, noise proof. You can hear other guests opening and closing their doors. I also think that the continental breakfast hours should be longer. They currently close at 9:30, it should be extended to 10:30 or 11am.

The size of the room was great. We got a double queen with a sofa. I like that the floors aren't all carpet, and the style of the room was great as well. I also like the artwork walls. Was tempted to visit each floor to get a pic of the walls with the person with sunglasses on. Lol I really liked the location of the hotel. Getting to any of the destinations did not take long at all. I definitely can see us staying here again. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Really nothing to complain about... But like any hotel or motel, the hallways are not quiet. Very easy to hear any conversations going on. 🙃 Even the guest that insist on being in the hallway during the late hrs talking. So this is nothing against the Hotel at all. We had a great stay.

Good, but needed more fruit & Change on some days! Became stagnant after a few days! Eliminate waffles & replace with biscuits, & Toast!! Staff for food were excellent in clean up & keeping up with refills!

Allowing people to use their cell phones to talk ( loudly) or do business on their phones, in the dining room, during the breakfast serving times, very annoying & inconsiderate! The pool area spa, being used by small children instead of Adults to play ball & tag! no area for relaxation! Needs limits, on usage!!

The room we had was 2 queen beds and a couch, it was huge. We had so much room. I also felt that there was space for our kids to watch their shows in front of the couch and my husband and I to watch our shows from the queen beds. The breakfast was good. La Quinta Inn brand has definitely stepped up a notch with the overall look and feel and a great price for what we got.

The only thing was that no one cleaned or tidied up our room when we left. But, I dont know if they have a different procedure since covid.

The location was my favorite so close to everything, mattress and pillows where also very comfy. They have free breakfast until 9:30am, they also have dove shampoo,soap and conditioner.

I didn’t like that I was trying to fall asleep and I could hear people watching tv in the other rooms talking loud ,kids crying and yelling, walls are so thin, definitely not noise proof. Also the ice machine Jesus Christ who gets ice at 2 am that machine was super loud. Was overpriced paid $350 for 1 night on a Saturday. The pool is too small.

We really enjoyed how the property was pet-friendly; our pups especially enjoyed the treats from the front desk! It was nice to have our room at the end of the hallway, especially with our pups and it was easy to get to. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and dipping in the pool. We were at the property for 4 nights and the staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests for extra towels and pillows. It was nice that we didn't have to leave a "do not disturb" sign on the door as we didn't need to worry about unnecessary hospitality during the stay. The continental breakfast was also another great offering from this property.

Not many complaints, but just a few small issues: the shower door would not stay closed during a shower. We used our travel shampoo bottle to keep the door from sliding open. While we were in a King room, we did have two pups with us (medium sized dogs) and the room overall was smaller than we had expected. The continental breakfast was great, it was just the layout of the food and utensils which seemed to cause traffic jams over the weekend mornings.

Breakfast was at a convenient location in the lobby. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was comfortable and very clean. My children and I really enjoyed our stay.

Would have liked a bit more of a selection of items at breakfast. Would have appreciated the pool hours being open longer on Sat night. I greatly disliked the additional $16 charge for parking and coffee that the hotel tacked on at the last minute at check in. It felt cheap and insulting but I was too tired from traveling to argue. Booking.com should be aware of this as it undermines the prices advertised on your site and makes you look disreputable by association.

The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast. The location was perfect. We were away from the hub bub but a close enough drive to the action. There was a great Italian restaurant across the street.

I was more than satisfied with this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Nice location very friendly staff!

Bed was comfy but pillows are absolutely awful 😭. I tend to bring my own anyway but forgot this time and definitely regret it. Some of the pillows look thicker than others but after about 3 minutes under your head they’ll be flat and thin as paper.
