Hotel Elisa Tirana, Affiliated by Meliá

I have been in many hotels in Tirana but Hotel Elisa it’s one of my favourite, the room it was perfect very clean, big , and very good view. the best in this hotel is the personal, we where there at night and the guy in reception he was very friendly helpful and professional. thank you 🙏🙏🥰

The amazing front of house staff, Blerina and Diana were the highlight of our stay at the hotel! Super helpful and kind, true asset to the hotel. Brisilda, who was in the Ume Spa reception, was also equally helpful and kind. Thank you ladies for making my birthday stay at the hotel so memorable! Great, modern new hotel with a relaxed environment throughout. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. The food options available at breakfast were plentiful and it was nice to have the outside courtyard space to sit in. The use of Ume Spa facilities was very nice, especially the jacuzzi! Would definitely recommend booking their massages! Room was nice and spacious (with the most amazing pillows!), leading onto a very large balcony. Only a 10min walk to Skanderbeg Square and other tourist attractions and a lovely area with cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and cinema in Murat Toptani street.

It is a real shame that the ‘management’ at the hotel seemed to do their best to avoid physically speaking with customers and letting front of house team get all the stick! Management, you really need to do more to deal with customers face to face. To achieve ‘exceptional’ customer service for managers should speak with customers directly, especially after I personally requested to speak with a manager and my request was ignored! The location of the property is a little out of place and not in keeping with the ‘luxury’ hotel classification, being right in the middle of a residential area with run down buildings surrounding the hotel. Although, there are new developments happening nearby. Google maps does not show the correct location of the hotel.

The staff was really nice; the facilities are great as in every Meliã; the room was overall cozy and always very clean; the breakfast didn't have much variety but everything was delicious; the location is good, close to the center of Tirana, you can walk your way to Skanderbeg Square and experience all the liveliness of the city.

The room temperature was an issue during the staying: we melted all day, everyday. The room was small and was warm by the sun the entire day, making it a sauna. The AC system was set to hot, automaticaly, and we couldn't use it. The room had a small window, very high. only reachable with a stool.

10 Mins walking distance to the Place of Culture. Newer hotel, late check-in, helpful staff, great spa.

Very chemical smell in the room. Breakfast is nothing extraordinary and I had expected a bit more at that price.

The hotel room is large and optimally divided and has a spacious balcony. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and you could sleep and relax very well. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The buffet was good and you could order an omelet separately. Thank you :)

At the buffet, unfortunately, there was only American coffee, for an espresso or cappuccino you have to pay separately. It would be nice to have automatic coffee machines with different functions and options. Unfortunately, for 1 week during our stay was not even vacuumed. With such great bathrooms in white, this is already necessary.

Convenient location with a walking distance to Skanderbeg Square and Tirana's main attractions. Very competent and smiling staff, responsive to any needs and questions. Spacious and comfortable room, large and comfortable bed. Well packed mini-bar (we didn't use it), free water and capsule coffee machine. Clean, new bathroom with all amenities (even toothbrushes). Abundant breakfast with some items varying day by day. Nice bar in the lobby, although a more dimmed lighting by night would make it more cosy. Excellent spa facilities - one hour use per day included in the room price (not the salt room, which is charged extra!) Affordably priced massage (I recommend a deep-tissue one!)

Relax time in the spa might be spoiled by loud speaking guests... Even the staff was helpless. Definitely not the hotel's fault, as other people might be the best you encounter when travelling... or the worst.

1) Stunning location: situated in a central city location (a 12-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square {the central city plaza in Tirana}), offering breathtaking views of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere 2) Luxurious accommodations: rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with top-notch amenities (did not expect it to be so good!) 3) Exceptional cleanliness: high standards of cleanliness throughout the property 4) Impressive facilities: probably one of the coolest looking bath houses I have seen (top jacuzzi, sauna, and shower) 5) Efficient check-in and check-out: front desk staff ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience during arrival and departure

The room was very nice and clean, but the best part about this hotel was the spa. The salt room, hot tub, sauna, emotional shower, relax room and steam room were free for an hour per day with our stay and it was beautiful and very relaxing. The location was also a close walk to the square and nice restaurants.

The only thing we didn’t completely love was the breakfast. The food was good but very limited and more often than not things weren’t properly restocked: mugs for coffee, refills of eggs, water and juice glasses. Also anything besides a normal coffee cost extra but we didn’t mind that so much just something to note

The hotel used modern technology throughout which was efficient and safe when getting in and out of your room; there was options for cleaning service and a door bell. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, they always strived to help us out in anyway. The breakfast was amazing! We also had lunch and dinner, I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. My favourite part though, was the spa. It was so luxurious and the massage was one of the best I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, it’s amazing value for price!

The staff welcomed us in a very friendly way. Thank you to both the receptionist and the employee at the spa. The Spa is beautiful, I especially enjoyed the „Emotional Shower“. It really allows you to shut off the everyday stress. The hotel is extremely modern - so many things have touchscreens instead of buttons, which gives you that luxury feeling. The room had tasteful interior, the bathroom was beautiful and clean. The balcony was huge and we were able to have a nice view of the sunset. It really made us sad to leave after only one night.
