I have stayed in this hotel before, since 2013 (if I am not mistaken). My room is always clean and quite, bed is very comfortable, pillows are great. Breakfast is a buffet that has a lot of options, love the potatoes, dulce de leche and the bread with membrillo sauce. The staff at the restaurant are also very nice. Check-out was speedy.
By mistake, I did not select the option to include the breakfast in my hotel rate, but the hotel staff can be a little softer with the rules and provide the free breakfast for loyal customers.

The location is perfect. The room is good , comfortable and clean.
It is mainly reception desk works very very slow. I was waiting to do checkout for -20min. Asked to book the taxi to the airport and after 20min delay had to go by myself and pick up on the street

Door man assisted when I was having difficulty hailing a taxi. Reception was able to help with a late check out and staff was available when I checked in late.
cigarette smoke smell in room, sound from room above. There was a pounding sound like a "gym" or workout. Keep in mind that I arrived late so it was nice to be met by a human interaction

Have pictures of swimming pool on display when booking but when I asked which floor it was on they said it closed five years ago. elevator still has sign for the non existent pool
