My room was really spacious - I especially liked the really long writing desk and there was a heap of space to store luggage etc. The bed was comfortable and all the other facilities were very good as well. It's also very quiet despite being on the main road. It's also very centrally located.
The room was fine - the onsite restaurant was a bit weird with a very off-putting atmosphere, and the service wasn't ideal - however, the meals are good, so that made up for the rest of the experience.

The room was spacious and clean. The room I had for a single night had a single and double bed, and they were comfortable. The bathroom had a modern feel to it. It was cold, so the heater (AC) provided a very warm and enjoyable night. 10/10, would recommend.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were great. The room was warm and didn’t need air con on to warm it up. Bathroom was updated and clean. Location was central, walk to dinner (Thai place was great), close to fuel station. We had a room furthest from the road which was great!
Chairs at desk/bench were very worn but that really didn’t matter.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a queen bed and sofa, small kitchenette (no cooking allowed) and lovely bathroom with shower gel in the shower. All linens, towels, etc. were clean and of a good quality. There was a table (very yellow :-)) and chairs outside the room which enabled us to have a drink with friends before dinner. The motel is well located and only a short walk from the town centre. There is a pool, which we didn't get to use. We elected to have dinner in the restaurant that night and it was excellent. The staff were amazing; friendly and efficient although we understand that being overseas travellers they were moving onto a new location. Would have loved to have taken them (particularly Kehau) back to Sydney as a waitress in one of our restaurants!

Best part is a restaurant with chef-cooked meals including seafood- a welcome change in the outback. Decent vegetables and salad.
Television and radio channels mixed in together. Have to wade through a million channels. No soap for shower refill. No covid mustering to move a cougher out of the restaurant. Need to be prepared to find a way to deal with this...makes people uncomfortable. Bolted down meal and ran back to room.

There were no plates and cutlery to eat our microwaved meal with. It was quite expensive for what it offered, but maybe other accommodation would have been equally expensive in a mining town.
