Plenty of room for 3 individuals in the 2-bedroom family unit. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Decor and bathroom a little dated, however the beds were quite comfy and had quality linen with extra blankets and pillows available. Appropriate quantity of crockery, cutlery and appliances to enable a light dinner and next morning's breakfast to be made in the room. The lady who checked us in was very helpful with providing advice for where we could connect our car fridge to mains power in the laundry next door to our room for the night, meaning we didn't have to take the fridge out of the car.

The fluoro light in the living area of the main room is hellishly bright, but can only be turned off at the one switch which controls the other main light in the room over the bench area. Maybe tone down the brightness of that living area light, or put it on a separate switch, so it can be turned off separately without turning off the bench area light.

Loved that the staff were so friendly, our 2 young boys were not a problem at all and were as welcomed as any other adult would be they were very helpful as well I loved that they didn't get annoyed about our last minute check in and we're just as happy as if we had of had our stay planned days in advance, they got our bill for the night fixed up and hand us out room key very quickly were even happy to have a chat while we waited for their computer to catch up and we're generally interested in what we had to say. They were also very quick to answer the service button when the reception was unattended. The grounds were clean and had heaps of room for the kids to stretch their legs safely as well as covered areas to sit outside and enjoy a meal. Also loved that there was a Clean BBQ with heaps of gas all ready to go to use as if we wished. Their request to leave what we used including the room neat and tidy when we were finished was all they asked which I thought was totally understandable. the efforts they have gone through to ensure they and their customers are doing their part to look after this very beautiful country are amazing and the information folder in their very beautiful and spacious room (with the very comfortable beds and amazing shower) was pack full of really useful information plus more and although they are away from the main part of town I thought this was another great feature for them as it was quite, peaceful and made for a fast departure back on the road in the morning after our stay. All round it was a great place to have a very much needed break from our long travels with the kids absolutely great experience and extremely good value for money we were happy to pay the bill for our stay and would again any time. With the late check-out they also provide even on short notice there was nothing to not love 100% enjoy everything there was nothing we didn't like

Second overnight stay in a month. Enjoyed the facilities and convenience on the first trip. This stay was in the front block facing the highway. There was no detectable highway noise. The heater worked well and we made good use of the self catering facilities. Again, excellent value for money and great location to break the two day drive between Brisbane and Melbourne.

At checkin another customer blocked the driveway with a car and trailer for a while preventing entry and exit to the two blocks of motel rooms. Would be good to make the driveway around reception more clearly a "No Parking or Standing Zone".

Very spacious rooms. Self contained so we were able to use the kitchen facilities during our 3 days. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the air-conditioner kept the room very warm. The owners were very generous in refunding our fourth night when we were unable to stay due to a change in our circumstances. A shower chair was made available for my mother who has some mobility issues. Thank you!

The reception was open to the time that was expected. The Owner was polite and friendly. The Motel was position in a good location which was a little out of town/away from the town centre. With the facilities, the room was clean and tidy, plus a good size. Beds were comfortable, for my liking. Parking right outside the room.

Could hear the odd truck in the evening as had a front room but as the night wore on, I didn't hear anything. Overall, I could not find anything to fault or complain about.

Lovely size room with a view over the grass and gardens. All the facilities in the room were great and it was very clean. I thought I had booked a Queen Size bed, but it turns out we'd booked a double online, so was a little disappointed with the size of the bed. Everything else was great though. It is probably in a better position if you are coming from the North. We were coming from the south, so it is a little out of town, but it is no issue as we had a car.

Bed was a little too small for us. It was a double not a queen.

We had a very comfortable stay at this motel. Staff on arrival were very friendly, efficient and accommodating, which is a relief after a long road journey with kids! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a toaster, kettle, fridge, plates and cutlery. The heating kept us warm during the chilly night and the shower was great. We would stay here again.

Welcomed into the warm reception area... it was minus freezing in Gilgandra when we arrived.. 💜beautiful, cosy, comfortable room. On the highway room close out front and no noise of any traffic or tenants. Very clean rooms, bedding and bathroom immaculate 💜 hot shower🙏 We'll be back. Thank you for having us and making our previous 10hr day end so well💜

The room was very clean and tidy ,, the bathroom facilities were modern and the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure.

The WIFI connection didn't work ,, there were two separate references to two different routers with different passwords, one reference was in the information folder the other on the separate piece of paper that also detailed that the room had been cleaned that day. It was day 3 of new management so perhaps this issue was just a temporary conflict subsequent to the handover.

Lovely room. Very clean and spacious. Well planned out. Comes with bowels, plates, wine glasses and cutlery, which was a plus on a long trip. Not all motels do this and they should. Great location off the highway. Enjoyed sitting outside the room listening to the birds and watching the lightening. Rural feel with the mod cons. Laundry available and clean pool. Parking at door another plus.

Wifi was a bit slow and cut outs, so if you're working on the road take a dongle just in case. Mozzies! We were warned and it had just pelted down so was expected. Bring some rid just in case. Mosquito coils were supplied which was great:)
