spa in bathroom exceeded expectations and water was extremely hot for a motel. this in itself was good after a 15 hour drive and having such a large hot spa partner and myself really relaxed and the days drive eased away.

nothing required improvement. everything came to expectations and location was great could easily walk to anywhere that was needed

The pools were awesome. The handyman was very accommodating and helpful. As much as the place was fully booked, having access to one the hot pools felt like it was our own private pool.( there were 2 hot pools 2 cold pools, 3 large and 3 small spas) So, this topped any faults the motel cleanliness lacked. It was very quiet, and convenient to town.

We did find redback spiders in the room however, when we bought this to the attention on the handyman, he immediately got to it and got rid of them. The TV was not working due to some satellite issue. Hope it’s fixed soon. There were no spare pillows or blankets, however, the house maid sorted this out quickly. There was no kettle, again the handyman came to the rescue.

convenient to town centre in a very quiet location. We arrived late and got a free upgrade to a larger room! The room had a private spa and was so relaxing after a long drive. The resort has many Spas and heated pools downstairs to choose from that were amazing!! The undercover carpark was huge enough (approx 3 metres) to fit our van under easily.

Great location, pet friendly comfortable rooms is an older motel complex. Free off street parking. Great swimming pool and artiesan spa. Expensive add ons $12 coffee but normal room tea , coffee and biscuits supplied free of charge.

Greeted with extra cost price went from $115 to $155 as motel says child (15 year old) and dog wasn't included in original booking. Grrrr

Parking courtyard spacious and easy to manoeuvre. Units clean and facilities worked well. Thermal spas inside and out clean, efficient and a definite bonus with excellent therapeutic jets. Staff friendly helpful and big country breakfast a treat. Taoist Shrine was a delight as was the decor of dining room. Would be advisable to prebook dinner which apparently is delicious. Needs better signage outside. So good we stayed extra night.

We really went to experience the pool.(Is it wrong to say to get away from the brats). Although we utilised the indoor area we actually preferred the outdoor pool. It’s the second time I’ve been there but first for the bride. She enjoyed the experience and was hoping to plan a girlie excursion with daughters and friends. With COVID. Unfortunately who knows when.

Location was central & in walking distance of Chinese, Thai, Take away shops & many others.

I didn't like the smell of heavy smoke that drifted into the room from a neighbour smoking a lot throughout our stay on his/ our adjoining balcony.

everything is at your finger tips, pools are beautiful and not too busy! The food at the restaurant was very good and the service very friendly.

Not much space to hang up wet swimmers and towels to dry
