The view at night was spectacular, very comfortable bed , clean and tidy unit.

Lack of towels & floor matt for bathroom. The introduction email lacked clear instructions regarding what floor & room number. Should be made clear that the unit number given 12502 breaks downs to 1 being the tower number, 25 is the floor level & 02 is the unit number. Would have saved a lot of waiting in the foyer.

There was a great supermarket for supplies just down the road towards West End, which itself was a bonus location for eateries & take-aways (cool vibe). View & access to balcony was lovely for brekkie & once the city lit up at night. Previous folk had left basic 'pantry' items which is discouraged - but we found convenient..... Easy to get to everything.....

Even with a late afternoon check-in the cleaning had not been done.... but after 2 hours a lady arrived who blitzed the place (with the exception of a grubby space behind the toilet) Key scenario was as issue due to a missed email (by me) and hard to figure out which floor/room... The male receptionist really should look for a job where he's happier & more helpful

Location was great, apartment was more than enough for our family of 4, and it was delivered to us very clean.

The lock box being down the road, logistically this was hard to get to with small kids after an inbound flight! Also, there was no mention of how the room numbers worked on the instructions! Maybe a small sentence on that, I.e room 12502 means tower 1 floor 25 room 02

The location & apartment was beautiful & very spacious. Cannot fault any of this. It was a pleasant stay in the apartment once it was located & we were able to access.

We had a struggle to locate the apartment. Being from country & remote places, my roommate & I did not know how to interpret the apartment number. Was able to find assistance to locate, but had us head scratching for a bit.

love love loved this place and will definitely book again. the pools were amazing and everything was very clean.

the only set back was that towels and linens are not professionally laundered and the only setback was that we had to launder the sheets and towels on the last day which was several loads of washing and drying to be done on the last morning instead of relaxing. no tea towels or hand towels either.

Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is close to West End Village and Southbank so we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area on foot. We also enjoyed the facilities included especially the pools and balcony.

The apartment is in a brand new building located very close to the Brisbane CBD, the owner is very nice and we also got a late check out. The building has pool, rooftop BBQs and sauna. Great experience !

a little tricky picking key up from another location and dropping back at check out

it was clean and in a good location, the small things like washing liquid, shampoo and conditioner and body wash made it easy

Location was great. Views from there were very interesting.Would stay there if visiting Brisbane.
