Ambience on Burleigh Beach

The apartment was awesome! The view, cleanliness, room sizes and decor were all great. After hours check in was also very easy. You can't beat the location, walking distance to everything just wished we had more time to try all of the restaurants.

The Ambience is not a cheap apartment to stay in, and I recommend that a daily amount of dishwasher, laundry, and dish washing detergent and toilet paper be provided. When you are only going to be there for 5 nights (minimum stay and we flew to the Gold Coast) you know that whatever you have to buy you aren't going to use it all and we left behind for the next guest. Also, block out blinds in the bedrooms are needed as the plantation shutters let the morning sun in (no sleep ins). Not in the apartments control, but there is currently all night roadworks happening in Burleigh which also disrupted our sleep.

The Apartment was well appointed, clean and very centrally located. All the shops and restaurants are at your feet and the beach is just across the road. High floor apartment with views of Burleigh and out West. Large lounge/dining area with large windows and many doors that can be opened. Watch out if there's a strong wind. The apartment has an outdoor area also. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Spa bath in main. Cooking and washing facilities in the apartment also. Free car parking was available in the basement. All in all, would return to this place.

The apartment was on the main road side and also above the hotel so there's quite a bit of noise at different parts of the day or night. Still, it is a lovely place to stay.

very noisy because of proximity to highway and Esplanade. I can’t understand why the police don’t crack down of the noisy motorbikes. it is awful. we were there for 7 nights and feel there should have been a midweek room service. there should be a selection of pillows. they were all high and most were hard. the shower was only luke warm even after they investigated it.

Really nice 2 bedroom apartment with slight ocean views and massive Dinning room with lounge and massive wrap around balcony. Everything was comfy and luxurious. Bathroom was full of lotions and shampoos. Massive bath and a great kitchen. Had a great view of main street in Burleigh at night and slight ocean views

There really was nothing I could dislike. Unfortunately there was very noisy roadworks on the street all through the night. But that wasn't the fault of the Ambience team.

Close to beach, shops

Main bedroom, for the size of the room the bed could use an upgrade to a king size bed and be a lot comfortable. It just looked out of place with what looked like a double bed. Totally out of the management/premises control but the Road works that were being done at night time was absolutely horrendous throughout our entire stay … 10 days!!

The location is just perfect and it’s a very short walk across the road to the beach. Also the apartment was very spacious and had all the required equipment for our 9 nights stay. Reception and management team were super friendly and approachable.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

Comfortable clean modern apartment right on the beach, close to shops and resturants. Kitchen was well equiped, large TV with netflix etc. Beautiful bathroom with deep bath and nice balcony. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Noisey friday, saturday and sunday nights when the pub downstairs is very busy until about 1am. Not a problem if you are a night owl, so it didnt bother me but may bother people who have kids or like to go to bed early.

The apartment was huge and in an excellent location, close to shops, the beach and bus stops.

The room was a bit noisy, with road and street noises. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor which meant we used 2 towels to mop up after every shower. But these are minor issues (ear plugs help!!)

Excellent, we had thought we would have no ocean view, but the ocean view was beautiful, proximity to all facilities excellent. Room was more than we expected which was a lovely surprise, well presented and good space for 2 couples. Large living, dinning and kitchen area.

I don't have anything, it was a good stay overall.

Loved the location to the beach and restaurants. New, spacious building with fast elevator and nice quiet pool. Wonderful bedding in every room. Pleasant management interactions and generally a nice expensive feel to the resort.

Black furniture is not my preference in decor. The crockery, cutlery, toaster and kettle were very substandard for the price point. One bedroom faced Gold Coast Highway and very noisy. Aircon did not adequately cool that room. Bit of black mould in Bathroom that needs a good clean.
