Gold Coast Inn

Location, aircon, check-in and out was super quick and easy! Friendly staff! Close to the tram which is always handy. Room size was perfect for my partner and I. We really enjoyed our stay, a great cozy night in.

Bathroom had a bad smell we couldn't get rid of it even with window open. Next time we'll bring toilet cleaner or a scented candle. Room is not sound proof, (although we did not expect this, its just good to know) you can easily hear whats going on outside and next door.

Perfect location for my travel plans! Perfect distance from both the CBD and beach! Great value, very clean rooms, and quick and easy check-in.

The only downsides is that you can hear the upstairs plumbing at times, but that was far and few in-between, and the TV was in a very awkward position, but I don't watch too much TV so that was of little issue.

Location is fine, just a bit noisy being on the Gold Coast Highway

The room was good, however the shower in the next room made lots of noise when being used. Also our first night was unfortunately ruined by noisy guests who arrived late, stayed up making noise until 12.30 am then again in the morning at 5.30am. They were outside the rooms talking loudly and laughing. Unfortunately no respect for others. The blind in our lounge room was also broken.

It was clean and our room was away from the highway, so was quiet. Facilities in the room were good, and there was plenty of light from a large window. Friendly staff and good food from the Italian restaurant onsite. Great location for our purposes.

Some comfortable seating in the room would have been nice. We had to ask for cutlery and crockery as there was only one set. The car park was confusing, as there was no clear way to get to our room. Maybe just a lack of communication and directions.

The guy who checked us in was welcoming and gave fantastic and clear instructions! The room was surprisingly good for the price- a bathroom in each room was a nice surprise! I would give anything to take the hot water system home with us! the shower was excellent. We are a family of 6 and it was just perfect for a one night getaway!

nothing really.everything was easy and nice! the pillows could have been a bit firmer and there was only local tv but it wasn’t a big deal and we still all slept really well!

Private parking at the basement which is gated provided a sense of safety and security, good shower pressure and temperature, clean room throughout, nice location, about 30 mins drive to the gold coast airport, had good amenities such as microwave, kettle, and even wine glasses and bowls to do some basic cooking in the room

The sliding door as the room entrance which didn't seem to lock very well, WiFi was patchy and laggy, didn't have two sets of cutlery

Close proximity to the light rail station and reasonable walking distance to the beach and Cavil Ave entertainment and restaurant areas. You can catch the light rail to Cavil Ave but I preferred to walk.

Nothing. It suited my needs perfectly although I should point out its a typical motel and is best suited for a 1- or 2-night stay.

Despite the low price, the room was equipped with a fan, an AC, a fridge, a microwave, a water kettle, and some kitchen utensils, which made my stay very comfortable. Although the inn was not located within the center of Gold Coast, there was a light-rail station next to it which made commuting around Gold Coast really easy.

Room service was awesome!!! We had 2mins till close & got an amazing meal cooked for us after getting wet & cold at a concert thank you so much! The meal was wholesome hot & beautiful & very good customer service. Hot water & pressure was beautiful & the secure carpark was excellent too not to mention a great location 🙌 so thank you very happy customer.

The doors locking system needs fixing on room 2 but apart from that we were happy with our accommodation.

Good location with free private covered parking. Beside patrol station convenient stall and food joints. Can walk to beach. Hasan Italian restaurant downstairs.

The room was left with previous guests’ trash, cleaner didn’t clear. the shower doors couldn’t slide but was repaired the next day. Wifi slow. pillows too flat.
