great location. the views are incredible. rooftop is really cool.

Unfortunately the Meriton being built across the road is noisy as are the beach works. cleaning crew is around all day in lifts and lobby - yet the cleanliness wasn’t 100% there.

It was a perfect getaway ideally located between Main Beach and Surfers Paradise, with easy access to the beach and public transport (light rail) directly behind. We received access to the facilities when we arrived early which we could use all morning until our room became available. The room was fantastic with great views over the ocean. Staff was super friendly and we got a text message when we could return to check into our room. Views from openly accessible rooftops are breathtaking.

I would love to come again sometime, however there is now a construction of a massive complex out front which will likely be noisy and once complete will probably block a lot of the ocean views.

Location is fantastic. staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Every spotlessly clean.

The trucks doing sand work on the beach were pretty noisey and constant.

I stayed 3 night Thursday to sunday But i dont know why they didnt do cleaning bed Sat day and didnt change shower towel Sat day. So i asked it and they give it.

What a terrific resort with a amazing view. Well equipped apartments in a great location only 2 tram stops to the heart of everything. Staff were so lovely it was a really great weekend. Loved the roof top and the lounge area. There is no bar so make sure you bring your own.

Heads up there is a new construction across the road that was throwing up dust as we were low down. But they only worked the first day. Not the hotels fault. But its handy to know when booking a room

The apartment was as new, clean and latest appliances. Fantastic views of the sea and also the river on the other side. Full all day sunshine. The pool was heated and superb. The tram stop was outside the door taking you to the shopping centers and so handy. A quieter location being just north of Surfers which we preferred. The cafe attached to the hotel had great food brilliant service and you could sit outside in the sun under umbrellas or sit inside if you’d had enough sun. Overall we loved our time there and will certainly be going back. I can’t recommend too highly.

At this time of year Surfers is windy. Coming from windy Wellington we could have done without the wind.

The north east view from our apartment on Level 26 (2604) was to die for. I could have just lingered over that view for hours. This area is not as bustling as Surfers central which was good but there are restaurants in walking distance. The excellent cafe downstairs served delicious breakfast and lunch in a lovely setting. Though parking downstairs was unallocated we had no problem getting a spot on the weekend. The Level 41 public area was spectacular.

Glad we weren’t facing east with the huge development that’s started and the noise.

Well the views were amazing to start with!!!! We opted to not have our room serviced but we had a washing machine and drier so we did our own washing. Was roomy and comfortable, had everything we needed in there. The balcony was lovely to sit and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was 2 mins from the tram and a convenince store at the bottom of the hotel was great!

We thought the place had a restaurant, so that was a wee bit disappointing, there was a nice cafe at the bottom but closed at 2pm I think. Misinformed by a staff member about the pricing of the trams so that cost us until we were told the correct amount. Bed was a bit hard, but thats a personal preference.

Brilliant location, amazing views, and spacious one bedroom suite with comfy bedding. The rooftop smokers lounge area had fabulous views and green artificial turf, and is open until 10pm for a secure space for smokers. I did appreciate that. Also, very close to the beach, a bottlo, and a convenience store.

As this is a holiday apartment, it does lack certain things that In have found to be normal in other accommodation, including most apartments! These things are: There's no full length mirror, no luggage stand, no large bins (only tiny ones), and you need to BYO tissues and shower cap. While I was thrilled about the smokers area, there was no sensor light there for after dark, and it was a total trip hazard with two steps down then a weird slop. I tripped over three times, so was very lucky not to fall or break any bones.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view, It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Large comfy bed and pillows, good quality linen, super soft fluffy white towels. Also provide dish cloth, tea towel and detergent for the dish washer. Iron and ironing board, washer and tumble dryer, hoover. Large flat screen TV in the lounge area plus a TV in the bedroom. There is also a DVD player and a stereo system, nice to have music whilst I sat having breakfast on the lovely balcony which is nicely furnished. Lovely pool area with comfy sun loungers, free pool towels provided. There is a gym, sauna, and steam room but i did not use those facilities. Up on floor 41 is a roof top garden with a cooking / dinning area, also a small seated area it is nice to watch the sun set from there you get a 360 view. The hotel is just across the road from the beach and a short walk from the main area of Surfers Paradise which can be very busy. Fabulous walks along the coastal path in both directions right on the hotels door step. Also staff very friendly and helpful, the whole hotel is very clean Definitely would be my first choice of accommodation if i return to the Gold Coast.
