Great location right long the esplanade , easy to find, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious with all the facilities you would expect. Good value, will likely stay there again.

Please paint the associated room number on the ground of the parking bays!!! Guests aren't looking up and to see which bay they should be parking in. We ended up buying some traffic cones in an attempt to stop other guests parking in our allocated bay.

Lovely and clean, easy parking, laundry facility, most comfortable beds! Perfect position too.

We stayed in a family room - there were no bowls or cutlery, only cups and 2 teaspoons. I didn’t have my family with me but I know if I did it would have been disappointing to have to bring all my own crockery. First motel I’ve seen in a long time that doesn’t even provide a butter knife.

The staff were brilliant - so genuinely friendly and helpful.

There were only two things we'd like to be done differently - somewhere to sit outside the room (like a small table and chairs) and pedestrian access through the back gate (we understood stopping cars but it was a long walk around to get to the shops and the local bus). These are things that new management may get to doing in time.

Good location, nice sized, clean room & good parking.

The shower in the bath was cramped & too small. Get rid of the bath & put in a decent shower. I didn't like getting a face full of smoke when I opened the door in the morning. With the wind blowing from the carpark, the smoking area, around the corner from our door, shouldn't be there. Most motels & holiday accommodation in general, are now smoke free. Why not adopt this policy & ban any smoking on the premises - the carpark is too close to the units to allow smoking.

hot water took forever to kick in and no fan in the bathroom. other people parked adjacent to our door, reversed in with their tow bar close to our room door-inconsiderate snd dangerous. loud children before 8am, inconsiderate when packing their car right outside our room door, yes it is a personal thing-but no censure from parents to try to be quieter/considerate of other guests sleeping. we were quiet coming home after 9pm!!

Very clean, extra large room, balcony, fridge, microwave, toaster, very close to beach. Basic amenities. Room was fully serviced so had to ask for towels and amenities. Very friendly staff. Pool was very small and not clean.

Amenities and pool but with beach right across, pool wasn't needed.

The room was great bigger than we expected. kids loved the pool. excellent location able to walk across the road to an awesome playground, skatepark, and waterpark. close to shops and food. Beds we very comfortable. All staff were lovely we will be back.

a BBQ for cooking although was able to easily use the one in the park across the road, not a huge deal

We had a great room (21). Staff were great - very helpful, couldn’t do enough to meet our needs.

No access to street at back - had to go through the motel next door. Shower was very restrictive - not much space to move.

A large comfortable room which is fine for a few nights stay. Very friendly and helpful staff who were great when we had a problem with ordering a taxi.

There was a smell of urine in the carpets which I'm not sure whether it was human or pets.

The Manager was first class and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me resolve an issue I had with a rental car company. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is on the beach road within walking distance to the town centre.
