Bridge Street Motor Inn

The room was clean, adequate for my needs. Had everything I wanted and needed like shampoo and conditioner and a coffee for the morning. The bed was really comfortable, and I found it was very peaceful to sleep. The staff were attentive, polite, helpful and always smiling and super friendly. I would be very happy to return with the family.

I had to tuck the curtain onto the bricks so that the light from outside didn't shine onto the pillows and me while I was trying to sleep. Doesn't help the body clock, but that isn't really a negative, just a note.

Location was good for us. Unfortunately they didn't serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning.

The hot water system was down on Friday night & Saturday morning so we let the receptionist know, Showering, shaving etc. was not fun! Saturday night & Sunday morning the problem was solved & we had good hot water.

Great location with parking right outside the room. Even though this motel is on a fairly busy road, the rooms are all set well away from the road and we heard no noise at night at all. Very quiet and undisturbed sleep. The staff were really cheerful, happy, polite and helpful on both the phone and again at checkin.

there wasn't anything to dislike about this stay given the price.

It was clean, bed was comfortable. Clean towels everyday. Close to city centre. The price of the room matched the facilities.

Shower tiles cracked, tap needed updating. Car park too concrete, would benefit from more plants and garden area .

We were in Toowoomba for a family weekend / catch up. This property was a short walk from where we were all gathering so location was perfect. it was very clean, bed was super comfy, staff were lovely. It was all that we required.

it’s a bit dated but that was if no consequence to us. We just needed somewhere close, comfortable and clean and this fitted the bill perfectly.

It was perfect for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable Loved the picnic hamper arrangement for the utensils. The greeting at reception was very friendly.

A very noisy guest next door who talked loudly on the phone outside our window very early in the morning.

Came for wedding at the Rose Garden, very close to walk. Room very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Staff friendly too.

Only complaint was the pillow was too high for me ( I like extra flat ones). Nothing else.

None avail on weekends Picnic basket holding plates glasses was nice. Some cereal bowls would be good.

Hot water quite slow to come through but once through the shower was good pressure.

Exceptionally clean hotel, big rooms, comfortable bed, great prices but the highlight of this hotel are the STAFF! Erica is so lovely, as is one of the other ladies we met (from the NT, long dark hair), absolutely would stay again and can highly recommend

Very convenient location and clean rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The staff are friendly and helpful. This motel offers great value for money.

The evening meals looked very appealing but we didn't order as there were no vegetarian options.
