Reviews of this property led to lower expectations for this stay, but we were pleasantly surprised, hence exceeded our expectations. Our queen spa room was very spacious and clean, the air conditioner worked flawlessly throughout, the spa was good. There were minor flaws which needed attention by owner, nothing significant for a short stay. Overall, loved the place, will be happy to stay there again.

The location although near road works was really quiet. the spa and water pressure were really great. Nighttime was quiet too.

The place is run down needs new doors for the front door and bathroom, new curtains as well as a good paint job. Also the smoking bins out the front door needs to be moved, as all you could smell was cigarette smoke in your room. Smoke detectors need to be changed not held up with tape.

Location was okay for our needs and the room was very spacious.

The facility was affordable but the room did smell of stale air or someone had been smoking inside. Not quite sure. Left door and window open to air out. The free wifi was a problem and we could not login. Not sure why.

It was an older type room so the space was massive. Including plates, knife &forks,spoons plus a kitchen sink was a Bonas. Toast and microwave completed the experience. It was fully booked yet the place and room was super quite. The restaurant next door was a 10 out of 10.

The place was fully booked so by the time I had a shower it was a coldish warm. I should've had it earlier...live and learn ..no real drama

toilets for room 6, floor had a dip in it so there was a pool of water after showers. and hot water was low pressure and takes a long time to heat up. but i guess it comes with the charm of a vintage 60yr old motel. additional towels would be nice,

This lovely little motel is budget but absolutely great for money. Staff were very welcoming, room very clean, bed super comfortable Excellent location - just off highway. Even though it was close to highway couldn't hear traffic

Property was good! It was huge and the room was also big as well. Plenty of space for a big family and the price was great.

It didn’t look like the picture above with the cushions and orange dining chairs or anything. Typically out of date but you get what you pay for. It was overall clean but some dishes were not clean. We pulled a bowl out of the cupboard area and it had dead bugs and a live bug in it.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and well presented and the staff were nice and welcoming. I would recommend this to others. I booked a room there for the purpose of not having to have to drive huge distances between social engagements (eg back home between them) and was happy with the room and price for that purpose considering I booked the room a mere few hours before staying there.

The property itself could have been easier for me to find if it had lights at the driveway as it was dark when I arrived and I’ve not been here before.

A couple of things needed attention, eg wobbly toilet seat, bathroom door hard to open. Told Gino and they were fixed/replaced same day.

Need more cutlery - only 1 fork! Fridge needs replacing - freezer leaks water into fridge and can't use shelves on door as nothing to hold it there

Clean and comfy stay. Very spacious for the 4 of us. The heating and cooling was also really good!

A brochure or file in the room with local recommendations would have been helpful.
