Quality Apartments Banksia Albany

The house is large and all facilities are clean. Kitchen is great with gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle and so on. Two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are TVs in the living room and major bedroom. There is also a garage just outside the house. A small playground with slides for kids is located in front of the house. We really enjoyed our time there. Besides, the location is also good. Easy to drive to anywhere in Albany. The staff are very nice. BTW, the free breakfast is great! Don’t miss it.

The WiFi is not good. This is the only drawback. All other things are gorgeous.

Excellent ! From the check in to the checkout we felt that we were in one of the best places we have ever stayed (and we have stayed all over Australia!). The staff were professional and very friendly. The accomodation ( King Spa unit) was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfasts were delicious. Coming back to the apartment every day after our trips in and around Albany was wonderfully relaxing. Although we didn’t have our grandkids with us we were so pleased to see such attention and care given to the layout of the kids’ playground area… great for parents too! We loved our stay at Banksia Apartments and the name is exactly right “Quality” !! Even though we may never get back this way again (Eastcoasters) we will certainly let others know that your accomodation is top notch. Thanks so much !

Nothing - everything was wonderful !

Apartments were very nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast included was very nice.

Couch in the room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, not enjoyable watching TV. When booking on booking.com I chose the slightly more expensive option to pay at the property not before and when I got to the property the afternoon of my stay the entire amount had already been taken out of my account, I chose the pay later option so I could pay once at the premises, that was a quite disappointing that happened.

Located along the Albany Highway and a few mins drive away from the malls. Spacious unit with modern facilities and your own parking garage. Kitchen was fully equipped; washer and dryer came in really handy. On top of it all, Tony was a great guy who came to our rescue and offered us a complimentary breakfast on our last day.

There was a power trip up and we spent our first night in the blacked out unit in the dark and cold because we could not locate the meter box. Tony came to help us out but unfortunately he couldn't find it too. However, he got someone to fix it first thing i the morning and all was good after that.

Stayed over for 2 nights while we were in Albany. The apartment was appropriately appointed. The shower was fantastic with good water strength. Pillows were good, bed was good. Within close proximity to town by driving and to nice food outlets. We were most blessed with a fast check-in with no hassle whatsoever. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the most professional when assisting with our requests - Manager Kristeen Ko deserves this mention. We will definitely be back!

WiFi was a little sketchy. Would be good to have a stable connectivity. But we weren't too concerned about this as we had sufficient data plans.

Everything (except the parking bay - very tricky to get my small SUV into!). We stayed in a Executive Two-Bedroom Queen Apartment, decent sized kitchen, lounge and dining area, the photo's don't really do it justice. The larger bedroom also had a TV. Good sized bathroom, lovely toiletries provided. Staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast which was good, lots of options both hot and cold to choose from.

There was nothing about the apartment not to like other than there was no lock on the bathroom door. We had a carport attached to our apartment which was great however quite small and on a steep driveway (yes I know, it's Albany ;) ). I have a smallish SUV - Rav4, and once parked there was limited space to open the door which made it almost impossible to get out of the car :/

Good bed, good shower. Nice one-bedroom apartment with all the usual facilities. Excellent TV choices including streaming services. Very good breakfast buffet.

Wi-Fi connection was pretty ordinary I understand an upgrade is happening soon. I will check that this has occurred before booking again. Good quality, high-speed internet connection is important. Minor gripe, no marmalade at breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was sensational, it was included in our booking but it was only around $16 if you wanted to order it which is exceptional value for the quality of food that was supplied. We visited Castle Rock, the Blowholes, The Natural Bridge and The Gap as well as conquering the almighty Bluff Knoll. As seen in some of the photos :)

There is nothing I didn’t like! However if I could give a suggestion, maybe a screen of some description to privatise the outdoor sitting area and entry door. We could see straight through to our neighbours across the road at night time and everyone driving past would’ve seen us if we hadn’t pulled the curtains closed.

They provided you with all the amenities including washing powder to use in the washing machine. Close to the shops and city centre

Just be mindful there is a height restriction with the car port so for larger cars it’s a tight squeeze, if even possible. We ended up parking at the reception Carpark which was fine , given it was a short walk from the apartment. It wasn’t a deal breaker, just something we’ll keep in mind next time.

Good location to everything. Staff were amazing. Room service was quite expensive.

Lack of wifi in the rest of the apartment but loved the wifi in lounge but couldn’t stream shows to tv either from my devices as it was deactivated on the tv. Could’ve had more pots and pans and other containers for storing salads like bowls. Spa was bit dirty needed a major clean.
