This is a fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very spacious and great location. we also had a secure parking space. The apartment was much bigger than we expected with a very large balcony. It had three large bedrooms. one large ensuite, a large bathroom along with another separate toilet and washhand basin and also a separate utility room. The Manager gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates on Christmas Day which was a really nice gesture.

There was nothing we did not like about this apartment. I would highly recommend it. Very spacious apartment with all facilities. Location was ideal.

The apartment is really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. There is parking facility which is very useful, so we don't have to stress about finding street parking. The location is very convenient that we can just walk everywhere in Fremantle. It takes us about 20 mins to walk to the Ferry Terminal to Rottnest, the Fremantle market and prison are within a few mins walk. There is a clean midweek of our stay, which is good. I actually thought that there isn't any mid week clean at all, so it feels like a bonus to have the apartment cleaned. The site manager is really friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children, so we have two cars. We have to pay for one additional car parking. The parking is tandem. So it is a little troublesome sometimes, but not a big issue. The 3rd room doesn't have a window, so it is a little stuffy. It is air-conditioned though.

1. The location is excellent, as it is fairly close to a supermarket where we can simply purchase for food for our evening meal. We are also within walking distance to The Chemist, where we can quickly shop for vitamins and supplements. 2. Parking a car in the basement requires the use of a car lift, which was an enjoyable experience for us. Parking instructions are provided in both written form and on the car park wall. 3. Wifi is very weak, as reported upon check-in on the first day of stay. The owner is really efficient, directly came up to the unit and resolved the wifi issue on the first day.

Cleanliness - The entire apartment is clean except for the shared toilet near to the main door, which had used tissue/toilet paper (hardened) on the toilet bowl cover when we checked in on the first day.

Richard and his family were a pleasure to deal with. He made us feel very welcome. The complimentary wine was enjoyed! Also holding our bags after checkout until our afternoon flight, was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. It is an excellent choice for travelling as a group or family. The location is brilliant for seeing Fremantle. It is walking distance to main attractions such as the Fremantle Markets, bars and restaurants.

The only negative worth mentioning is that the building is not overly sound proof, so it is a good idea to bring earplugs.

Lovely spacious apartment with three bathrooms (two had showers) and three bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a small laundry room also in the apartment. Lovely quiet complex close to the town centre and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Wifi worked well. There are plentry of restaurants in the town and the prison museum is only right behind the apartment.

The balcony and pool area are at the back of the building and rarely get the sun. Entrance to the car park is narrow but it was good to have a parking space.

Location was great and within walking distance of many places we visited. Nearby supermarket made it easier to get the groceries we needed to do our own cooking. Private parking available.

Nothing much not to like to be honest. The dryer in the laundry room did not seem to work well on our final night there which caused us to bring wet laundry to our next accommodation but that could be a technical issue. Would be good to leave instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as some visitors may not be too tech savvy.

The space was really nice there was 4 of us so do to have our own room and space was nice. Pool was really pretty. The service was amazingggg. I liked the keys in the lock box as we got in late and were able to let ourselves in.

The toilets flush was a bit touchy - sometimes just wouldn’t work. Our last night there was dodgy people outside which was scary - scared to leave car out the front (luckily we have secure parking with the facility) at night just didn’t feel heaps safe outside. - not the places fault though. Was really nice during the day everything in walking distance and lots to see sightseeing.

The apartment was lovely, extremely spacious and in quite a good location, with everything walking distance (~15 min to the ferries to Rottnest, for example). Getting into the parking lot with a car is a bit of an adventure - good instructions were provided but you do have to pay attention. The host was very nice and helpful.

The only minor annoyance was no ledge or caddy in the showers to put body wash/shampoo etc!

Site was secure, clean, more than helpful staff and close enough to everything like shops etc without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle

nothing really other than a few light switches and power points needing replacing due to wear and tear and lighting require updating. The gym might need more equipment or a pass to the local gym facilities.
