Hotel Schrofenstein

The hotel exceeded our expectations in how beautiful it was. It was far nicer in person than it was in the photos. The location was great for Landeck, right on the main shopping street and a close walk to the bus station (if needed). The restaurant in the hotel was excellent as well - and we also enjoyed breakfast one day, which was great. We came to Landeck to visit some friends - and when we return, we will stay here again.

The only downside I would say is that the mattresses were over-used. It was clear they were too soft and did not hold their shape. At least that was the case in our room.

located in the center of the town. we stayed there during summer when the street in front of the hotel is closed for cars so it was quiet during the night. the hotel offers a secure area for e bikes. car parking only a few minutes by feet away but you can drop off your baggage at the hotel prior proceeding to the parking. breakfast did offer a good selection. our room was totally ok and the bathroom had a good shower. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we had a good stay there eventhough we only stayed for one night.

Cozy hotel in a small Tyrolean town. Very good hotel restaurant - Das Landegger. Might be more "relevant" for winter visits. But for a short summertime visit to the western part of the Tyrolean Mountains, you probably can't find a much better place either. Apparently it is ideal for "doing" the mountains in terms of hiking and biking if the number mountain bikers visiting is anything to go by :-)

The breakfast is great, and there is also a very good restaurant in the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The bed was sized for dwarfs. Fortunately, I had a double-bed for myself, so I could lie diagonal. The ventilation in the toilet did not work.

Another excellent stay after two year break. Good localisation in charming little town with kess than 30 mins drive to 3 huge skiing resorts. Comfortable room, cleaned on a daily basis, nice sauna and restroom at the rooftoop. Very good restaurant with Tirolian specialities. Last but not least - helpful and friendly staff

A kettle or coffee machine in a room would be a good improvement

We were taken in on short notice and the staff was exceptionally friendly and organized. The location was ideal for using the Titlis tram, access to grocery stores and restaurants, and a great local acres ski bar down the street. Breakfast was also exceptionally good. This is not a fancy place, but the combination of an excellent location and unusually fantastic staff made for a memorable stay.

no electricity plugs available at the bed. only few electricity plugs in the room. sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom.

Room a bit "old"

Perfect for travellers with bicycles. The hotel has an easily accessible garage for bicycles. Even bicycle tools are availabe there. Very good restaurant. Very good breakfast. The staff was exeptionally friendly a d helpful.

Our room was relatively small. No problem for an one night stay.

big room, big bed, central location

On booking.com the room popped out as "with breakfast", but after a closer look, the breakfast was not included and would have to be payed in addition. No matter whose fault that is (booking.com or hotel), please stop that practice because that is a DECEIVING ad.
