Really close to the Planain 1 cabins. Very nice breakfast. Kind personal. Good ski&bike room. Nice wellness area.
Noise (really loud music) from the bar till 1AM. Parking not available at the hotel for us. Sometimes noisy wellness area (kids without parents playing at the wellness). Several WhatsApp calls from Africa started to happen after using the hotel wifi.

The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from Planai lift station. Very convenient. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had rooms facing the main street and rather noisy apres ski was a bit disturbing and we could not leave our windows open. I assume that this is not an issue with rooms on the other side. Not cheap but gut value for money. The staff was really helpful and profession (excellent English appreciated). Fantastic breakfast.

Brekfast with a lot of different things to choose and the possibility of choosing to prepare many different types of freshly prepared eggs. Super to have pancakes and a lot of choice of bread. Location for apres ski in front of the door.
For 4 star hotel there was no kettle for hot water in the roome

Responses to questions were always quick and very good. The staff at the front desk at the time of I check-in also carefully checked various things and helped me. However, some of the lobby staff just stood there and didn't do what I asked them to do. If I don't see the person, it's perfect.

The place is immaculate, super clean and comfortable. The spa area is great, bike storage has plenty of outlets to charge e-bikes. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!
I really don't like it when hotels don't allow you to use the coffee machine outside of breakfast hours - I always feel like it's a negligibly small cost to pay for that extra bit of guest satisfaction.

Right across the street from the mountain's cable car. Very nice room with friendly hotel staff and easy parking. Walking distance to a SPAR grocery store.
I went in off-season, so local restaurants that were open were fairly far away.

Location is great, breakfast is very good, 3 min ski-boots-walking to the lift, very comfortable lockers for skies with heaters for boots, nice spa (was nearly empty all the time ;))

A great hotel right in the middle of beautiful Schladming. The room was bigger than we expected and very clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast and the huge room had the best view of the town and the slopes. Would kill to stay in the same room again in winter. The staff were also really lovely and helpful.
