The accommodations were okay; It had the basics, nothing spectacular or outlandish.

I was told that my bill would be $324 but at the desk upon checking in, it was suddenly changed to $570. Such hidden fees are robbery. I prefer straight up honesty.

Everything was great. Location was perfect, right next to Atlantis and you could use their facilities. The pool area and restaurant were so comfortable, surrounded by palm trees. We were very happy here celebrating our 2 year anniversary. The staff was so nice and friendly, all the problems were solved fast. Also they provided the covid test when returning to the US.

The wait for the covid test took so long, almost an hour standing in a line is just too much. There were also a lot of children running around and screaming so if you’re looking for a romantic adults only place this is not the one.

You can't beat this price especially with the free access to Atlantis! The free breakfast was great also and the rooms are very clean. If I went back to the Bahamas I would stay here again. There's also a lot of great local restaurants & excursions in short walking distance.

Beware of the gratuity. The "free meal" voucher of $100-$200 does not include gratuity so you have to pay when you check out. All the restuarants on the resort & Atlantis charge an automatic 20% gratuity on top of really high taxes on food. All the food was delicious just get ready to double your food budget.

I really love that this hotel had value-added amenities such as free hot breakfast, free bottled water each day and access to the amenities at Atlantis. The hotel room was spacious and clean. There's lots to do within a short walk, such as the Versailles Gardens, Atlantis or the marina (where you can catch a ferry to downtown Nassau).

This place doesn't have any kind of view that will wow you.

the restaurant menu and quality of food for dinner, hibiscus bushes have flower fungus, the shower caps in the bathroom is not comfortable turn on and turn off system, no choices for shower pressure,

The staff at reception were excellent. We had an issue with the room and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The free access to Atlantis was excellent. It was lovely walking around the marina.

Breakfast was a strange experience. You don't see what you're getting. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly.

pricing not too bad

room/suite has no clocks nor microwave. Too much additional fees: utility surcharge, hotel surcharge, resort levy, housekeeping gratuity (charged per person/day instead of per room or at guest disposition, VAT.

Lovely, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you.

It would be great to offer Bagels as a choice rather than just sliced bread
