Hotel Ten Lande

Really nice Architect designed family house from the 70's, with lots original features like beamed ceilings and wooden staircases. The host / owner was extreemly welcoming and helpful and the rooms excellent with very comfortable beds. Great breakfast served at the table with no scramble for buffet. All in all we enjoyed it very much and will return when we pass this way again.

If I am nit-picking, the bathroom could do with a tidy up although everything worked perfectly. Stairs inside and out should be considered though this 86 year old managed OK.

The host! Excellent host that does everything possible for his guests. The parking was also very good, Out of the street private parking behind an (open) fence. Very cosy terras, that we didn't use because of the short stay.

The bathroom is a bit outdated, the door to the bathroom is unpractical and doesn't give enough privacy. Overall impression is that it's clean, but lacks maintenance. Nothing bad, but compared to the attention of the host for his guests this is not a complete match. Would book again though.

great location for easy travel by train to bruge. Ghent and Brussels. easy to walk or drive with free parking to the station. always great breakfast. great staff welcoming and lovley to have a chat with in the morning or afternoon. hotel was lovley and warm on really cold days and nights. bed super comfy and bathroom all in working order.

only issue was the bathroom door had a little gap in it. not perfect if staying with someone want full super privacy from in the toilet.

very friendly host who took time to explain everything. my room was well decorated , spacious and comfortable. hotel within easy reach of motorway and easy walking into town. as we left early the host laid out a good breakfast ready for us to take.

due to it being the quiet season the hotel restaurant and bar were closed. that said there were several eating places very near also there was a competitively priced honesty bar in the hotel.

Wonderful fresh breakfast with a good variety of food available. Space to relax other than the room. Easy walking distance to bus and train station and within walking distance of places to eat in the evening. Off road parking. Loved the decoration style of the place.

The later time for breakfast, however the breakfast more than made up for this!

I have enjoyed a perfect weekend stay together with my wife in the Hotel Ten Lande. Every aspect of the accomodation met our expectations, thus I can highly recommend this place to all interested in spending marvellous time in Belgium. Location (close both to Ghent and Brugges), Facilities, Beds, Breakfast, Parking were all excellent and make Hotel Ten Lande with no doubt worth visiting. A great stay at the Hotel Ten Lande! The house is great and beautifully decorated. Our host was really welcoming and kind. We parked our car on the hotel's private parking at the back. The room was great with a very comfortable bed in a very cosy atmosphere. We could even enjoyed a mini bar with very good prices! Finally, the breakfast was delicious! Thank you very much!

Spacious, clean and comfortable room (#10). We liked: the quiet location, the comfortable bed, the breakfast which was classic but tasty and fresh. The owner was very friendly, giving us valuable tips. A big plus was also the parking place and the good connection from Beernem to Brugge and Ghent.

3rd time at ten lande, pleasant stay and the owners are awesome! great location for getting the tunnel the terrace was closed on a Monday (owners night off), they have a self service area for drinks and snacks which is a nice touch

Nice small B&B style hotel, small but comfortable. Host very friendly and helpful. Room clean and a good size, bed exceptionally comfy, breakfast was lovely. Very convenient for trip to Le Shuttle.

Room was by a main road so a little noisy. Pipes in the bathroom were very noisy.
