it was so modern classy and elegant and so clean was amazed by how beautiful it was the staff were so nice I brought really expensive shopping and when it was check out time they went out their way to make sure my items were safe and the customer service was the best thing ever the politest and nicest people I’m so grateful would happily recommend this place and will definitely return in the future they went above and beyond

## Mesmerizing Stay at an Affordable, Convenient Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Augustin that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The location was perfect - situated just a few minutes away from the attractions I wanted to visit, it made my stay in the city much more convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious, with ample space to store my belongings without feeling cramped. Best of all, the price was unbelievably reasonable for the quality of the room and amenities provided. Despite the hotel's affordable pricing, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. They were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to help me with directions and recommendations. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay in the heart of this beautiful city. I look forward to my next trip back, and will definitely be choosing this hotel again!

hotel was excellent in every way except for one minor issue - there was construction right in front of the hotel on the street.

Room was very comfy for 4 member family. Location was really good and you can reach to all the destinations by walk , but there was one not so good area with expats which was very dirty and not safe. But it is very close to the one of the main stations to visit other cities also. Overall location was good. Breakfast was simple one.

I did not like that they took my card physically to have it in their system. It's not safe at all from user's perspective. I can add it in booking as I trust it , but I do not trust someone working there as they could use my personal card .

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel as I returned from a trip elsewhere. Got a room on the ground floor this time. Bed was comfy and soft pillows were available in my cupboard. These soft pillows made a world of difference and easy to sleep on (vs previous hard pillows). Room was modern, very clean.

N/A. It was on the ground floor but the safe was working so put everything important in there for security.

Good location, walking distance from Midi/Zuid. Metro also close-by. Good quality hotel, nice staff speaking good English and helpful. Breakfast continental but plenty of it. Rooms comfortable and mostly clean. TV channels are a good mix of languages. Room out the back but huge bed and huge room! Housekeeping restocked rooms daily and cleaned around. 2 lifts covering 5 floors so no waiting. Good hot radiator in room and towel rail both adjustable. Metro station nearby so good access to city, used debit card in similar fashion to transport for London, got around ok, visited Atomium, and train world via metro/tram. Mannequin pis short walking distance away (btw pidly little thing!) Bars, cafes, etc close by. Nice Xmas atmosphere with lights and markets.

Mostly good, one complaint was the bed "throw" was filthy, had blood on it! Simply threw it under a chair and left it there.

Breakfast was excellent. I thought the staff were excellent too: pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The location was good as well.

My only observation, and this is not a criticism of the hotel at all, is that the walk from the Gare du Midi to the hotel could be a little unsettling for someone who does not know the area which I did: there were quite a lot of beggars and homeless people en route. I never felt either threatened or unsafe at all during my stay but I was approached several times during my visit by people asking for money and I did have to navigate my way around certain points en route to the hotel on occasions. It is probably better to approach the hotel from the Gare Centrale if the above unnerves you. However, don’t let this put you off staying at the hotel.

It was a great location near food and touristy sites. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. We visited in the summer and the air conditioning worked great, which is a big deal when visiting Europe.

There was a lot of road construction so we couldn't park close to the hotel when we visited, but it wasn't a far walk from parking garages or any of the sites we wanted to visit.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Convenient location, 10 min walk to the city center. Great breakfast which was included into the price.

The room was great, as was the stuff but at the end the whole experience felt a little overpriced. I didn't have the feeling that it was comparable to other 4-stars hotels I have visited. We met some friends for cocktails in the bar of 3-star hotel just down the road, and I found it more modern and luxurious (no clue how the rooms were though). Next time in Brussels I am gonna consider staying there.

I think this is good valeue for money in Brussels. If you don't have in plan spending time in hotel, this is good option. Other options were much more expencive. Clean rooms with fine breakfast.

Location is not center as it write, it has 10 minutes walking, but maybe center includes that neighborhood. They strictly ask for prepayment (before visiting) and when you pay at check in, ask for credit card or deposit for staying. Maybe I didn't read that in policy, but really think it is not necessary.

Hotel is clean, benefitted from an upgraded room with large modern showers. Left luggage available when you check out and WIFI connection is good.

The location is handy for the main centre being about 10 minutes walk away however at the time of our stay there is extensive works going on directly outside the hotel which I believe is for a new metro station. The noise wasn't an issue however it made the area look a bit grotty and muddy when wet but clearly nothing the hotel can do about this
