Comfort Hotel Guarulhos Aeroporto

This is an excellent airport hotel, exactly what we needed after a long haul flight before our onward connection the next morning. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great - lots of tasty options. Dinner buffet was good (plenty of vegetarian sides, but not many vegetarian mains). Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing - warm and good water pressure. The Free shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient and took away a lot of stress from our trip. It was quick as well, only 20 minutes. For future guests we advise the airport shuttle can be found in the bus area outside terminal 2 East - there is a van drop off/pick up point area opposite the vending machine/small food kiosk, next to the concrete benches.

We really liked this hotel so can't think of anything major that we didn't like - just a couple of nitpicky thoughts: Dinner buffet felt a bit expensive for what it was for us as vegetarians (not many vegetarian main course options). There was no lid on the bathroom bin (where you have to put your toilet paper as not allowed to flush it). The instructions for finding the airport shuttle at the airport confused us at first as they lacked some detail - but that might be because we'd had a long flight and didn't know the layout of the airport so were tired and confused.

Hotel was very clean and looked pretty new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel shuttle left right on time to the airport.

We waited a while at the airport to get the shuttle to the hotel but it never arrived for some reason (all the other hotel shuttles did). We ultimately got an uber but it was a hassle because uber drivers preferred to take you all the way to the city, instead of a short ride away. Hence, they kept cancelling and it took about 30min for me to finally get one willing to take us. Just something to watch out for, esp if you're arriving late at night like we did.

Great stay! I suddenly needed a hotel night near GRU, this gave me just what I needed. Free shuttle between hotel and airport, breakfast was adequate (not the most vegan friendly), comfortable and clean room. Staff spoke enough English to explain everything. Worked out well :)

I couldn't figure out if I needed to reserve the shuttle from the airport, and the hotel did not reply to my messages, though it was almost midnight. I still don't know if you need to reserve it, but it worked out for me as the shuttle appeared on time (45 min past the hour). It was across the street from Terminal 2 in the parking lot, before the rental car shuttles if you walk from the terminal.

The property seems brand new, well taken care of and the staff are very helpful. The location was for me the best reason to stay at this property, as it is a short drive from Guarulhos airport, approx. 10 min. The property offers a shuttle service but with limited availability so unfortunately I was not able to make use of it. They also have a 24h service room which is convenient. Although the cost is on a high side, I believe this is the price paid for accommodation around this area. Breakfast starts being served at 5:15, which is great when having an early flight.

Location near the airport. Free shuttles to the airport leaving every hour. Breakfast time starts early (5:00am) so early flyers can eat before leaving. Rooms are pretty quite, even though planes passing over.

Bathroom was a little unclean. The breakfast doesn't have enough vegetarian options. Airplane noises penetrates the restaurant area, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Not too far from the airport which is great but of course you can hear the airplanes very loudly. Can't have it all! Free shuttle every hour. Mini fridge options for additional charge. We absolutely loved the breakfast... so many options and it was delicious! I want to go back just to enjoy the breakfast again! Friendly staff. Room was fine apart from the smell. Free WiFi.

FYI: The room had a very strong smell. Not sure if it was recently decorated but it wasn't a nice smell. We couldn't find the shuttle so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport but the shuttle was very convenient on the way back to the airport.

The shuttle service is very good thing however it would be great if the schedule of the shuttle could be visible somewhere at the reception. Instead of asking the receptionist for information on what time the shuttle will departure , it would be handy to have this information placed somewhere at the reception. The shuttle left on time 10h32 but in the middle of the way the receptionist called the driver asking him to come back to pick up another guest . Luckily I still have some time and didn’t mind that he returns to the hotel. If the schedule is visible it’s clear for everyone when the shuttle will departure. The driver was very punctual and attentive and I could take my bus on time!

super clean and comfortable

we were traveling with our baby so carrying a lot of luggage. By the time we arrived at the hotel was drizzling and NO one went outside to help us out with the luggage or offer us an umbrella. To make everything worse, not even when we were inside filling out the paperwork and getting ready to go to our room, 3 staff people were there just doing NOTHING and nobody helped us with the luggage.

The hotel offer free shuttle to/from airport that is good. Is about 20 min from airport and more dipends of traffic. The rooms are good and clean.

The restaurant is not good. I did not liked the food and caipirinias there. That was my the second stay in hotel and I used there recommendation about take way pizza but was not good even it.
