The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was always fresh and there was a good choice. The housekeepers were excellent.
It was located on a main road so if we opened the window it was noisy. Window closed was quiet though.

the location was great, right after the park
the staff provided inconsistent instructions on how to update the room. this poorly managed process was solved only after a long call. be aware that there isn’t an English speaker reception most of the time. when try to solve the challenges the hotel blamed Booking.com

Shower pressure is quite good and if you're traveling for work it is a good location. Keep in mind it is a tad far from the airport and getting an uber at certain times might be tricky.
The walls were unfortunately too thin – one could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room... That was extremely unpleasant. I had to cope with it for two out of three nights.

The beds are horrible and the staff treat guest and people very bad. Poor training.
