We loved it was right across the beach and enjoyed the sea view room. The property is a great value for money and in a very good position.

There is no phone in the room, so the communication with reception is made only by whatsapp. It’s just that internet connection was also quite bad so we were unable to contact/call. Another slight negative thing was that the room cleaning was getting to us around 14-15 pm, which was very late for us and we were already back from the beach. The picture of the pool from the hotel description has nothing to do with this hotel, they have a little pool, but it’s not the one in the picture.

Everything was excellent! The room, the location right across the street to the beach, the breakfast, both pools and mainly the views! Both the bedrooms balcony and the pool view are breathtaking. They are worth the price of the stay on their own. Everything was perfect. The staff is friendly. One of our balcony door was not opening smoothly, and they fixed it immediately. The bed is comfy, and the shower was perfect. A very pleasant stay, I super recommend.

Just a minor comment, electricity plugs next to the bed would be good.

Close to Ponta Negra beach, spacy room with comfortable beds, little kichenete, microwave oven, big fridge, safety box and swimming pool on the roof of the building. Excellent breakfast on the opposite side of the street in the other hotel. Some of the hotel receptionists are speaking also Spanish. Hotel is also close to the supermarket (walkable distance) and close to main beach promenade.

Air conditioning was very bad and inside my room it was too hot for me, although the outside weather temperature was only about 28-29 degrees centigrade. It was some trouble with the AIR CON in all the hotel. All TV channels only in Portugese, no one TV channel in Spanish or English language.

Excellent location in front of the beach with beautiful terraces and pools. Rooms (mine without a view) are large but very basic - as if the architect was exhausted after spending his creative energy on the exterior spaces.

I could only turn off the airco (blowing down onto the bed) in the fuse box. Remote control and wall switch didn’t work.

The breakfast is fantastic with several different dishes, fruits, cookies, bread, etc. I stayed on the flat side, so the room is very large and comfortable. The staff is very kind and supportive.

The only thing that annoyed me was the sensor to switch off the A.C. when you open the main door. 😅

the AC shuts off the moment you open the door, so we were not able to keep the room cool and Natal is VERY HOT AND HUMID!!! We had 2 rooms and any time we needed to go check with the other party or vice-versa, someone had to stay by the switch to turn the AC on.

I loved the location just in front of the beach and city center. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options that you can even choose what to eat first 🤣 The resort is amazing, cleanliness, with a beautiful design and with great facilities. The room is very comfortable and you can find everything that you need there. This resort is a very good choice for couples and honeymoon.

We had a problem with our toilet and sink in our last day and nobody come help us. We had to use the reception toilet for a hole morning, until our check out.

I loved the place. The location is great. The room is beautiful as well as the view from the room is outstanding. The breakfast was awesome with many options. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beside a pub and in the first day they had live music and it was very loud. But it finished early what didn't cause any issues to sleep.
