The hotel is large but the common areas are small in proportion. It was good because it was empty, but I imagine that the common areas do not support well if the hotel is full. Ther is no option for Ford after dinner.

The hotel is close to the water parks and good location. The swimming pool water is warm.
It could definitely need an upgrade in the rooms / bathrooms! You can hear neighbors and people on the walking hall.

Location was great, and quick and easy access to the near by water park.
The place was clearly at or near full capacity, with no precautions for COVID. There was no temperature checks done for guests at anytime and social distancing was not enforced.

The pool area and the entertainment team.
It seems they don't care about maintenance. There were several small problems in the room, like the floor making noise when you step, the water go out from the shower, making all the bathroom wet, the faucet moves entirely when you try to open it, problematic outlets and etc. I was expecting a better place, as this hotel is one of the hotels that are together with the Thermas dos Laranjais. In the end of the day, it was a good staying, but for this price, it should be really better
