Hotel Princesa Louçã

This hotel is centrally located opposite the Praça da Republica. Our room was large and spacious - according to description - and well equipped. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Large bathroom with good shower and high quality towels. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. I will return to this hotel when I am back to Belém next week.

Internet connectivity at night bit poor. Restaurant staff was also Friendly and helpful but unfortunately didn't speak and understand English. Only one Tv channel. Gym equipment only for leg training

Location is great. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Room wasn’t always resupplied completely. Floor mat in bathroom and coffee supplies were not always refreshed. Areas that needed to be cleaned were sometimes missed.

Large room with a nice balcony and view. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good air-con. Good soundproof to the attaching rooms. Good location. We enjoyed our one-week-stay a lot.

Very weak WiFi that almost never worked in our room. Older Installations but everything worked.

wifi is terrible in the rooms - weak or ansent. ok in lobby. Shower floor is very slippery and there seems to be a general dampness that pervades everything, whether or not AC is on.

Breakfast is excellent! Good location on the Praça da República.

Bathroom was not great. Shower in a tub with a curtain that stuck to you. Towels were old and thin. Thermostat would not adjust the temperature well so I was always cold, and the maid would turn it down rather than leaving it where the guest (me) adjusted it.

All as expected. We extended our stay by one day. Very nice bar in the park, right across the road from the hotel. Short Uber / Taxi ride to Ver-o-peso, Estacao das docas, Shopping and other destinations.

The breakfast had a wide range of options and there was no limit on the refills.

There was no access to free water outside of your room, if you wanted water you had to pay for it.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The location was great and safe. Everything un walking distance and the breakfast wasn't very very good with lots of tasty food and different options

The staff is so friendly!

I understand we are living through covid but when I was last there, it was the height of the pandemic and there wss room service, this time there was no room service. Because im not familiar with restaurants in Belém, i ordered from ubereats and was dissapointed time after time, I miss the hotel food they normally make, its astounding. This is my fault and i should have spoken up but...the terrace door didn't clode easily, the facet in the bathroom constantly dripped and the freezer had so much ice I could barely put my popsicle indide.
