Parque Balneário Santos by Atlantica Hotels

Awesome location, friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast, free to use rooftop pool-jacuzzi (there's also a bar there, as there is on the 1st floor), a little gym free to use, vallet parking in front of the hotel (30 BR / day), big mall connected to the hotel and shops-restaurants all around. Very near to the beach. I really loved this hotel and when in Santos, i will come here again! Free coffee in the lobby. In terms of location, I would only choose one near the beach (such as this), because the beachfront is the prettiest part of Santos.

Wifi does not reach everywhere. First time we were on the 5th floor without wifi. We had another booking for 9th floor, where there was wifi. There is a good connection in the lobby and on rooftop.

Excellent location, great facilities, good breakfast, professional friendly staff. Great coffee available 24/7! And incredible value for money.

Very minor things when all is considered: Staff in charge of breakfast room were not the most helpful or friendly. Prices of items in mini bar vastly inflated.

The breakfast was a help yourself buffet. Excellent choice of food cereals, fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. and a good choice of bread, not forgetting ham cheese etc. The hot food was hot too. The coffee was fresh like you'd buy in a good restaurant

My room had a chest of drawers that was old and broken, I didn't complain because I stayed there with my son and didn't need it.

As expected the location is just across the beach, shopping center is just adjacent to the hotel building, and within the city center. Breakfast is good. The staffs are very helpful as well.

Internet connection is quiet slow in some area, I am not sure if it just in our room which in the 10th floor or if it is in the entire building

i asked for vegan options for breakfast when I made the booking. I reminded them when checking in, yet and they did not have anything (just fruit and juice). i requested them again for breakfast tomorrow, we’ll see if they managed.

Excellent, as always. We use to visit Santos at least 6 times a year, and always try to stay here. The hotel is the best in Santos, no doubt about that. The rooms are big and usually clean. The staff is kind and cheerful. The breakfast is big and with a lot of options of tradicional breads, cheese, juices, cakes and the excellent Santos coffee.

With the pandemic I think some more security measures could have been taken to avoid too many people eating at same time at the restaurant. The room cleaning could be more fast and with a appointment. We left the card indicating to clean the room, but it didn't happen without further notice. And we met staff without mask at the stairs.

Excellent location and the breakfast was very good. Marcio was very attentive offering omellet and pancakes also bringing every morning for 6 days to my husband a tea pot and milk for his english breakfast.

Furniture was a bit out of date and need a bit of painting.

The hotel is great, the bed is so comfy, breakfast and swimming pool staff are so kind and helpful. Olímpia (cleaning/room) and Daniel (check in/reception) are stars and have made our stay a great deal more enjoyable!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The location is amazing and you can go walking anywhere (beach, malls, restaurants, drug store right across the street). They offered an amazing breakfast, and snacks included on the stay. Everything we requested, they helped so quickly. I would recommend and for sure I’ll be back :)

The only thing is that our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2 night stay. We had to request new towels too.
