By I far the best experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Let me start by telling you about the room. It was on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed and a nice bathtub. I order room service on the last night, asked for salmon with veggie and pure, it was delicious and brought to my room super fast. The hotel has an afternoon service of coffee or tea and bites for everyone that’s staying, completely free. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fruits, cereals, bake goods, eggs, meat nicely cooked, good coffee, juice and more. It is a environmentally friendly hotel, however there wasn’t a recyclable bin in the room, the towels you can and are encouraged to reuse. I love that. The staff spoke Portuguese and English, they were super friendly, polite and respectful.

Everything was perfect. Huge room, comfy bed, big bathroom the staff can speak English and were helpful. safe and upscale neighborhood and hotel. breakfast was great and had all the necessary items like scrambled eggs, oats, break , biscuits, cake, coffee, tea, jam, etc. the room had a desk making it suitable for a business traveler.

although I was on the 14th floor, I could hear noise from the neighborhood. the outdoor AC unit from the room above was dripping on top of mine making noise so I had to put a shopping bag on top of mine to decrease the noise. the hotel location didn't seem central in sao paulo.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located between Morumbi and Iguatemi Shopping Centres. The room was spacious and the shower was very good. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Though the shower was nice, the toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was always plugged up.

A nice well located place to stay for a couple of nights for business in the region as the area is dead at night. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room size was great with amazing bed size and perfect combination of mattress, pillows and bedsheet. The working desk area has all I needed for working remotely. Very clean and convenient, will definitely comeback for work.

Air condition needs an urgent upgrade as it doesn't really cool down the entire flat.

Well located, just a few minutes to the places we visited.

When we arrived, there was an used towel in the bathroom. Even though the place looked clean, find this was very disappointing.

Breakfast ws great. Staff were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone who wants to have a stress free and comfortable stay in Sao Paulo.

The staff service is really what makes the difference in this place. They were great, helpful and very organized. The facilities are also excellent! Everything was great!

Nothing, really.

The hotel room was very confy and quiet and it has even a balcony to enjoy a beer during the summer time. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were very kind and willing to help. We felt safe and healthy. We would definitlu come back in the future.

The staff and location are really great.

The amenities don't match with the price, it would be nice a microwave in such a good apartment for a long stay. Also it would be good to have a safety cleanliness protocol to make sure for the guests that everything is sanitized.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a large variety of food to please all.
