Meliá Ibirapuera

The staff was very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet. The bed was very comftable.

1. Every day returning to the room we have seen the breakfast plate of another guest in the floor. The plate was not put there by the guest himself. It was put there by the room service who expected it to be withdrawn by the restaurant staff. But obviously they didn't care about the plate. For me as a guest it was not comftable to see the beakfast plate on the floor. 2. The blinds in the breakfast room were partly defect and not nice to look at.

Breakfast was quite good, holiday hours just like any other hotels. A lot of options of breads, proteins and juices. Extra points for having decanted coffee and expresso.

There was a LOT OF HAIR in the bathroom that obviously wasn't mine... disgusting. And towels should be of a better quality since the price is not cheap.

The breakfast is vera Good and the place Are comfortable. The bedroom is very good size. Location is perfect.

The bathroom needs some improvement, it’s old comparing with the room. Didn’t like to pay for parking , I believe the hotel could offer this facility for the guests.

Very spacious room, with a good range of amenities. Nice breakfast, with various options of pastries. The location is one of the best in the city.

The only thing that bothered me was the acoustics of the room: I could hear everything that was happening on the hallway.

Quite modern hotel, nice lobby. The room was good too. The staff were all very friendly and nice. They lent me an umbrella and an adaptor during my stay

The Wi-Fi in the restaurant is not available. Not very convenient when you need to continue working evening during the breakfast/dinners.

Room cleaning forgetting towels, toilet paper, phone did not work in room, Wifi did not work on the whole floor for a day, service at bf could be better

The breakfast was lovely with great variety of food. The room was very comfortable and spotless. Location is just handy, near ibirapuera mall, restaurants, grosseries shops, bars and all the facilities around. I highly recommend it.

Pool is not the best - it's a waste not to have a good pool there... and is expensive overall.

This hotel has the best value for money in Sao Paulo. 5-star rooms, quiet, comfortable work desk and chair (thanks!), great shower, fast internet, 2 blocks from a subway station, great neighbourhood. I paid much more for many 5-star hotels around the world that weren't as good as Meliá Ibirapuera. It just makes sense, just book it.

Breakfast could have more hot options.

As always we had a great stay at Melia. This was the 3rd time we stayed there and even though the city was under a lockdown the hotel and its staff provided everything we needed with outstanding service and care. We can’t wait to come back later this year when (hopefully) the large suites ( according to the staff currently under renovations) are available to guests again.

Classic rooms are in need of bathroom’s renovations otherwise the actual room is spacious, clean and functional.
