Sheraton Vitoria

The Sheraton’s overall professionalism and efficiency stood out, especially at the reception and with the fast elevators. • The room I stayed in was spacious, offering a beautiful, quiet, and private view. • The hotel’s location was convenient, enhancing my business trip experience. • Internet connectivity was reliable throughout my stay. • Breakfast offerings were abundant and served in a large, accommodating area. • The gym, located next to the pool, was impressive, providing an amazing view that enhanced the workout experience.

The kitchen service was a letdown. The dishes I ordered were basic and did not meet the expectations set by Sheraton’s reputation, especially considering the high prices. The air conditioning in the room was challenging to regulate, requiring frequent adjustments. The pool area was a disappointment. It was not only small but also had outdated furniture and loungers, which is not up to the standard expected of a Sheraton property.

The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. We had a king bed and a wonderful shower. The view from our bedroom or from the hotel top floor was amazing. Breakfast was very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities including the sauna, pool and gym were great.

One or two nights they forgot to clean our bedroom or even to freshen up the bathroom. I would suggest just to be more attentive with that.

As a typical "business hotel", there are limited facilites. The restaurant is probably OK for a quick meal, but not a place to spend an evening. The rooms, although spacious, are sparingly furnished. We were missing table and chairs for having a drink or breakfast in the room. The breakfast was OK, but the coffe selection from machines was not very good. We tried ordering sandwiches at the small rooftop swimming pool, and although the sandwiches were good, the service was extremely slow and the staff not very service minded.

The staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with a lot of love. The view from our room was stunning. The location is close to the beach where you can swim, do water sports or watch sea turtles. There is a rooftop pool with a great view. It is well maintained.

The Sheraton Hotel exceeded my expectations as not only was the staff professional but assisted me in fulfilling my requirements for both my partner and myself on our engagement. As per my request the staff ensured i had red roses in place for my partner when she entered the room.I thank all the staff including security for all their services and highly recommend the Sherato Hotel to others for a great stay in Vitoria.

Best location in Vitoria. Great views. Excellent breakfast and gym. Executive serviced room on the 20th floor provides a relaxed place to enjoy some nibbles and drinks after 19:00.

Beachfront traffic noise can be a bit loud depending on the wind direction and day of the week.

The room floor was not clean. Many hairs and in general. I put white socks on and after a minute on the floor it was black... So that shows that the floor is never wet cleaned or mopped..

Everything is good at the hotel, the location is privileged, with an excellent view of the sea and close to shopping malls and restaurants. has a full breakfast with excellent healthy options. Regarding the hotel's leisure, it has a good sauna, a very complete gym.

Food was good and diverse. Rooms are spacey and the view is amazing (we had a room facing the water). The hotel is closed to everywhere and you can walk to the beach, to restaurants.

The shower could have a little bit more pressure.
