We have stayed at the Vantage Inn & Suites twice now and both times have been wonderful. The staff at the hotel are very nice and go above and beyond when we needed anything. The lady that works in the breakfast room, I called her "smiley" because she smiles all the time. She is so nice and helped me carry my breakfast to my room, as I had my sister's breakfast and my breakfast. She gave us 2 bottles of water when we left, so we could have it for our long drive home. We will be back again.
Everything was great, we had no complaints.

from check in to check out the staff were outstanding and the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I was on the top floor and prefer to use the stairs and found them very comfortable to use very clean and open. It’s not sure what to expect at such a great price and was extremely pleased with this property. Will definitely use again.
The only thing that could’ve made this day better was the restaurant be open.

Staff and service were great as usual. Love the location as away from hustle and bustle of more centrally located properties. Noise from highway traffic inconsequential.
The room I was given was not what was selected from booking website. There was confusion as to where the error was made - booking website or information supplied to property from booking website or the hotel itself. Was late arrival so was not willing to start moving around and accepted room provided.

They had coffee to-go in the morning. The beds were comfortable.
They also had pre-packaged to go breakfast but there were items that I would not have taken that I could not return and thus went to waste. I also called and asked if they could match an online rate and they wouldn't but I was able to get cheaper than the reception offered on booking.com anyways.
