Accent Inns Burnaby

Garden & landscaping is amazing! Total Florida vibes! Grounds and general areas, including rooms are super clean. Staff are friendly and helpful! Mini fridge actually kept things cold, and there are full sized soap, shampoo/conditioner for your use. Large screen TV and ample storage!

A little over priced considering the location - there’s not much around/walking distance. You could easily hear patrons talking outside/slamming doors and kids running around which wasn’t great. Bathroom set up in our room was super strange - tub and toilet were basically in a closet. Not the easiest to access if you’re large people like we are. Netflix selections were all in Spanish - couldn’t figure out how to change it haha and there wasn’t any extra blankets in the room. (Maybe not something they do)

Everything about the facility was fine

The multitude and I mean multitude of offers for places to visit during a one night visit was a bit extreme, one would have been OK. This visit was required for a Hospital visit in Vancouver from our home 100 miles away And the llppast thing on our minds was visiting tourist hotspots. From now on I will be dealing directly with the hotel/motel that I choose to use, So I don't have to put up with all these annoying email pitches for additional sales, that you companies seem to thrive on.

Room was huge, clean and perfect! Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom was clean including grout! Excellent desk service also!

Only thing that was bad was someone vandalized my truck scratching the "N" word into my back tailgate and I'm white if that even matters, the area is not a bad one either being near the movie studios but nowhere in Vancouver is safe from anything anymore sadly. I'm from Canada don't know why the American flag is next to my name haha.

Good location. Easy access to freeway. Border of Burnaby and East Vancouver which is where I needed to be. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Need recycling bins in room. Company workers staying at the inn driving big trucks took up too many spaces close to rooms. Perhaps label some spaces for large/small vehicles to make it more efficient (e.g. two trucks took up four spaces).

This was just what we needed after a week on the island camping. Check in was seamless and our room was lovely. Close to the elevator which was nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with a couple of small requests we had. My son loved the little ducky in the room too and all the funny sayings on their room information etc. Would definitely stay again in the future

they do daily room service which is unique in Canada I stayed in 5-star hotels, and they didn't provide such services, and they provide free parking. the hotel location was very good with immediate access to HWY and attraction area towards whistler, Capilano .. etc; loved the place and will visit again for sure :)

It is not an Inn by 'inny' standard. Rooms are large, well lit and well furnished, there is a microwave, kettle and coffee maker in the room alongwith a mini fridge and a 50 inch smart TV. Rates are very reasonable and this place is within walking distance of number of restaurants

Should have some restaurant option on the facility

I liked how friendly , knowledgeable and welcoming the front staff was ; at my arrival, after a long journey by bus and ferry , and when I left , ordering the taxi for me. I enjoyed the comfort of the room as I needed to rest the day before an exam for my job. Not too much noise either from the parking lot.

On Sunday night May 22. there was tooooo much noice made by the kids outside our room. Their parents enjoyed themselves in there room and let the children scream their heads off, that made me very, very upset, specially since I am an elderly person.

Clean basic room for the price

Thought there was a morning breakfast. But none was offered. That's all right, they did have a nice restaurant for burgers as part of the facility, and a very convenient breakfast establishment on the corner of the building next door.
