Manteo at Eldorado Resort

Boardwalk... lights & night jazz dancing off water... lamb Kofat (meatballs) & spanakopita. Friendly staff. Lots to do on property. Thank you.

Better cleaning in pool ... inside walls of pool need to be washed & pool floor needs to be vacuumed for sand/pebbles ... morning coffee used to be cherry hill. That was better .... waterpressure in shower was low. Lots if spider webs on balcony

The room was great, overlooking the ocean and mountains. Everything was so clean, and I feel it was the best location in town! The hotel has its own little private beach, restaurants, and swimming pools. I arrived at the hotel early on check-in day, and there was a room available, so that was a plus. We stayed in the middle of February, the weather was chilly, so we couldn't really enjoy the outdoors pools or swim in any of the beaches, but we will definitely return in the summer!

The view of the harbor and beach was fantastic. There was a nice private patio with table and chairs to sit outside the townhouse. Also, a grill ( private) on the patio. The fireplace in the living room was so nice.

People continues to park in front of my unit and it made it very hard to get out of the garage that was attached to my townhouse. A no parking sign would solve that, easily.

Being right on the water, close proximity to a few additional beaches and great walking paths that we could take our dog for walks was perfect. Customer service is 2nd to none, always reaching out to see what more could be done or if we needed anything. Restaurant on the water was very nice and accommodating for how conditions are with the world right now.

Smallest bathroom/shower we've ever seen and for this class of resort disappointing. Every where we go with our pet, we have always had a bed & dishes waiting for us, not here & at $30/night a bit shocked. Most also come with a pet goodie bag, nope didn't happen either.

Clean, quiet room. Comfy beds, luxurious sheets. Nice looking resort! Complimentary Cherry Hill coffee in the lobby. Indoor pool and hot tub - good temperatures, pleasant music. To use the pool we had to book ahead - actually loved this as it gave us exclusive use at the pool. Breakfast at the Eldorado - a top notch breakfast and beautiful scenery.

The Smack Dab restaurant was closed for renovations (the resort did inform us of this prior to our arrival, which was appreciated). Other dining options (within walking distance) were limited - not great for us as we didn’t rent a vehicle.

awesome clean location great staff cleaning staff went above and beyond to help us we had so front desk manager issues poor communication but the two room staff were totally amazing and helped correct an issue front desk didn’t want to resolve. all restaurant and other staff very professional and friendly we will definitely be staying again soon.

The family member who I booked this stay for booked a 2nd night directly at the hotel desk and got a significantly cheaper price than I paid for through booking.com. The first night was a Tuesday and 2nd was a Wednesday. I'll be second-guessing booking.com prices in the future. I'm supposedly a "genius" member with 10% or more discount on everything, but I see now that this loyalty program is a joke.

Room was 10 out of 10,tavern and lunch was exceptional. The server was a little distracted but not to the point of disatifaction

All in all it was a good experience no negatives. One item is i would like the web site to reflect accurate costs of rooms not "starting at" you have a spectacular property, clear and concise communication is respected.

The villa where we had stayed was really because we are with our big family altogether, and the room that our parents had was really great as well and they really enjoyed the view from their room.

For us, everything was great, and our stay in the hotel was overall wonderful. Staff are being helpful to us since we checked in until we checked out of the hotel

Nice resort right on the lake. Good location. Wonderful food at both restaurants.

The first night we had a basic room. The hotel wasn't very busy, it would have been nice to have a view of the lake. Instead we looked down at the parking lot. We then upgraded to a lake view.
