Westward Inn & Suites

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Lance and all the staff made sure we were comfy and well taken care of. As the rooms were all at one level and you can have your car right outside, it was quite convenient to make impromptu plans. It's right next to a busy intersection but we did not hear any traffic. Very close to great restaurants and stores. Although we did not get our dog along on this trip, we do intend to stop here the next time we do.

A massive thank you to Lance who went above and beyond! we were visiting for an emergency vet appointment for our sick puppy and hadn’t been able to check in by closing. he messaged us to ensure we were ok and safe and stayed on his own time to check us in after hours so we had somewhere to stay the night during this stressful time. Lance’s kindness really means a lot to us and we will definitely stay here again.

The price was right, it was clean and comfortable, wifi and cable was excellent. Location for food and gas was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Inside the bathroom the painting/ mouldings could have been a little more professionally applied. The beds were comfy enough but could have been firmer.

Quick and efficient check in friendly and kind .cleaning ladies are awesome and helpful (got locked out of room ) big thanks to the lady who opened the door for my daughter and I...everything you need is a walk away laundry facilities right there on the property reasonably priced. These are down to earth hard-working people and their regular hard working clientele are friendly lots of ppl working away from home stay there it's not fancy but you feel like your home ..l

We were heading for the ferry early in the morning. The location was near our exit and very easy to find. The management was friendly and accommodating. The air conditioner worked very well.

There was no coffee machine in the room. Being early in the morning it would have been good to have it at hand.

Staff was super friendly and chatty, was also very helpful when we had to do our laundry. There is a huge mall and supermarket just across the road so was very convenient. Coffee machine at the office.

The only improvement I can suggest is that the bathroom floor may need a little more thorough cleaning.

It is close to shopping mall and many good restaurants. The rooms each had fridge and microwave and were clean. The manager gave good advice for using bus and skytrain that proved very helpful and enjoyable.

The towels are small. However, when we asked for more they gladly gave them to us.

Very quiet considering it Being a motel and being in the heart of a very busy area. All the amenities a person could want in the area. Clean, quiet, air conditioning was working efficiently . Allows pets! Great little motel !

The area around the motel (streets) was very dirty with litter when out walking my dogs . Very busy area which is not a reflection on the property itself but if you want a more relaxed area of Langley this is not it . I didn’t know Langley when I booked and it’s in the heart of shopping and main roads .

We liked the check-in process and the staff

The room was basic but there was a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. We had read that there was a BBQ area available for use but upon arrival we were told it was shut down, forcing us to make other plans.
