Upscale, attention to details, extremely comfortable bed. The hotel was great. I was upgraded to a better room. Thanks!

The service in both the pub and restaurant were poor. 10 minutes to get drink orders taken in restaurant, etc. It is like the staff are unaware that they work in the service industry. Perhaps they are understaffed. I tipped 18-20%, and after the fact, heard that my travel mates tipped only 10% to make a point. I should have done the same.

Super comfortable and location was convenient. Gym was good. Restaurant had great food. Harbour view a must - made all the difference. Relaxing stay overall.

No room service. Overall the hotel was probably a luxury stay circa 1985, however it is stuck there and very tired.

Staff was super helpful, even though one of the front office had laryngitis, they still all tried to help me resolve where to get a Covid test to get back into the states. Everything is super close, and the view is amazing.

I did have a lamp that seemed faulty in my room. It would flicker when on, and wouldn't turn totally off (it would glow dimly). I had to unplug it.

Nice place for a round trip of Canada. The village is nice and has some interesting local art shops. The view of the room and the restaurant is magnificent. The breakfast, especially the fruit was very good. The waiter was very friendly.

The room’s including the bathroom are old fashioned.

Every one of the staff at Checkin and the restaurants went above and beyond. The view and location exceptional. The room size excellent The shower and bathroom amenities very nice. Appreciate that there was a fridge and coffee maker.

No air con. It was 28 and facing west was very hot in the room. The fan and open windows were not quite enough. Tired bedspread. Cushions on chairs very tired looking band some completely pounded out. Batteries in remote needed replacement - is it part of the housekeeping process? It’s a nuisance for customers to try and try to get it to work and then request maintenance or batteries.

Great location. A quality hotel, attractive also comfortable in every way. We were upgraded to a corner suite. Great bed. Many amenities. Huge well-appointed bathroom. Beautiful view of the water and islands. Loved it!

We had a train to catch, with a limited amount of time to eat breakfast. We explained the situation to our server and she was very helpful -- we made the connection successfully! (Too bad the train was then 1 hour late, but that's another review ...)

The one elevator is pretty slow for the number of people it has to serve.

Love the location on the water. The bar and lounge facilities are great and warm and the food menu is excellent. They catered well for vegans', though I did give feedback on my breakfast which could have been better.

We stayed twice. The first time the room was amazing. We thought we had the same room the second visit and it was much smaller so felt a bit disappointed on the return visit but overall really enjoyed the stay.

Crest Hotel is a gem on the harbour in Prince Rupert. We had lunch in the lounge and dinner in the restaurant, each meal was excellent and service top notch. We stayed on the ocean side and really appreciated the bay window seat for us to sit and look out at the water. The gym had all the equipment you would want for a good workout and cleaning was staff were visible, as were the cleaning supplies for users to take care of the equipment. The cardio machines looked out over the harbour which made the run even better!

Disappointed in the fact that they removed the binoculars from the ocean rooms due to covid, with all of the cleaning protocols in place we wished they had been able to sanitize the binoculars rather than having to remove them. Alas, it wasn't the end of the world, however that was something that got my attention when booking.

I only had toast for breakfast, my husband had a full breakfast. We were both satisfied. The waiter & table clearing person were both very friendly.

We noticed the rooms have some updating. It was lovey but there is still work to be done to bring it up to your high standard. Bathroom: get rid the jacuzzi & put in stand alone tub. Update the tile & flooring in the bathroom...would make it perfect.
