Best Western Plus Columbia River Hotel

The room was beautiful, and exactly as pictured, and the spa tub was absolutely divine. I had a bit of an issue with an MIA coffee maker the first morning, but the staff were incredibly helpful and sorted it out straight away.

The shower water pressure was a little underwhelming, and it never really got hot, but that may have been due to an issue with the faucet itself. It was really more of a minor inconvenience than a trip altering problem though. The rest of the room was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

the room was great, location seemed fine . front desk were friendly. the steak house was delicious, a bit of a step back in time with the ambiance, but food and staff were fantastic!

I was checking out and the 1 st person had no idea how to process Gift Cards. thankfully a lady came in who did, but she was unable to do quickly, we had somewhere to be. she was amazing took photocopies of the cards, I got to leave, she took care of it ! Called and left a message she had it done . Fantastic

I had an absolutely perfect time, thank you to the staff for being so friendly and to the hotel itself for having everything I needed, from a basement workout room to a hot tub on my floor! Appreciated!! Look forward to being back.

it was clean, easy to get to and staff were helpful and friendly.

Although signs on the door to the stairwell and floor plan posted on room door inside room indicated there were vending machines and ice on the 3rd floor, I was unable to locate any vending or ice machine after walking the whole hallway on 3rd floor

Location suited us and the bed were very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed throughout our stay. What was even more disappointing was that, despite being asked if we wanted our rooms to be made up, nothing was done and housekeeping staff had left by mid afternoon.

the heating system is so effective it's either BOILING or FREEZING. I couldn't find a happy setting at all and ended up opening a window.

Location, it had a restaurant that was accommodating for allergies. Staff was friendly

The coffee machine was broken, that was the only issue. It wasn’t really an issue as they supply free coffee in the lobby at 7am

The beds and linens were excellent. Very comfortable! The toiletries had a wonderful orange scent. The suite was very spacious and gave us room to breathe with our family. Upgraded decor since last visit a big improvement.

Very noisy. Traffic starts at 5:15 am. The hotel needs windows replaced to reduce this noise. Bagged breakfast not ideal. This could be improved.

Nice rooms, liquor store on site, and close to downtown. The staff were helpful and let us park our motorcycles in front of the lobby doors so that there were an extra set of eyes.

It was all good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was "5 stars", new extremely comfortable, large king bed, high quality mattress and bedding, terrific! The staff was friendly. We just stayed over-night and were grateful to have a good night's sleep in a great bed on a long road trip. Short stay so can't really speak to much else. A bag snack was offered for breakfast on our way out.
