The convenience of everything to do with snowmobiling, we didn’t have to worry about parking our snowmobiles over night, they had a spot for lots land we could fuel up our sleds right there and the snowmobile trails are right there and groomed to the door. Also we have to say we loved the restaurant and wow the breakfast special such a great price and so good and filling. There are so many great things. Thanks again, we will be back

Greeting on arrival and booking in was excellent. I’ve stayed here many many times in ten years. The gentleman on arrival with tall hair neatly combed was pleasant and gave very helpful information, he sanitized his hands before handling my CC. On the other hand the person on booking out in the morning never gave me a greeting, no did you sleep well or smile or thank you just “nothing “.

No breakfast included in room rental, great pool and hot tub, sauna! Great 4 wheeling, though the signage could be a lot better!! Meals purchased at restaurant were really good value, and great taste. Great service. Wonderful experience we'll definitely be going back some time. We arrived early for check in and we were granted entry, very good experience with Host Atlantic!! Thank you!

Trail signage was not great, once you got so far from Atlantic Host. Though could be property sales, logging operations, etc. that caused the lack of signage. No breakfast included in rooms, Most restaurants were closed at 10 pm, seemed early for the size of the town.

The staff are excellent. When we arrived at the hotel they allowed us to place our motorcycles in their garage. We were very pleased to have them out of the weather and protected, Our room was comfortable and very clean. Any staff we encountered were very friendly. This is an excellent place to stay and was easy to get to off the highway.

Small Bathrooms . water 0uslity in Bathurst area is not good. Should provide bottled water for drinking. Lighting leaves something to be desired as all fixtures are using the old "twisty" mercury bulbs. Price paid in total at checkout was higher than quoted amount when booked.

The hotel and restaurant staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. Definitely top of the line employees. The owner was in on a Sunday and it was very clear that he makes his employees wellness a priority by taking the time to talk and laugh with them. Bravo all around!

The entire pool area could use an aesthetic update, including new pool lining. I would definitely recommend painting all of the wood white for an inexpensive, modern and beautiful refresh. On the other hand, the water temperature was absolutely wonderful in both the pool and hot tub. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The room was beautiful and felt like luxury. The pool temperature was perfect. We ate supper at the restaurant and had the special. It was delicious and was a great price. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We even had to call a few days before to confirm some things before arriving, and everyone was extremely nice.

The TV in the room was kind of small, especially for a deluxe room. The hot tub was not as hot as you'd think, and the jets might need some TLC but it was still very nice and relaxing.

I loved everything about our stay .

I asked to have a bottle of wine present as it was our Anniversary and nothing was provided . Was dissatisfied about that matter. As we stayed 2 nights and 3 days and didn't celebrate at the hotel.

The room was clean, the wi-fi works but was slow. there is still carpet in the floor which is not very good for allergies. But the staff was great and their service perfect.

the environment was not very good to work, not ergonomic.

nice room, a bit far out of Bathurst, but nice location and the food was interesting.

While the lunch was wonderful, we had the smoked salmon, the dinner was awful. Deep fried everything. Maybe we ordered wrong.
