Old motel, nicely upgraded. Great price. CLEAN. Comfortable bed. Good body care products. Good toilet paper! Extra pillow and blanket available in room. Larger refrigerator than most places with ice cubes already made in the good size freezer; larger microwave than most places, too. Good location. The only thing lacking was that I wished they had laundry facilities. There was a laundromat not far away, however. Receptionist was kind of snarky, but maybe he didn't understand me. I would very definitely recommend this location for a short or long term stay.

We stayed the night of June 30th, 2022. The rooms were clean and the location is nice and quiet. We were a group of 6 and had 2 infants with us as well. When we checked in, we asked if we could get an extra mattress for one of us who wanted to sleep on the floor. The owner/desk person was very friendly and understanding. He told us that the mattress he can give us for extra $10 was not very comfortable. He instead gave us 2 sleeping bags free of charge! The check-in and check-out experience was smooth as well.

Very close to everything. Room was ready for early check-in. Room was exactly as described. Little dated, but beds were clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Easy check in and out. Great value for the price. Loved the big fridge, lots of windows and lots of space. Beautiful river view

I always like this inn it is convenient for me because it is close to everything, the staff are very pleasant. We have been going there for the last 5 years for the fish and game occasion .

There is only one room that we get that I do not care for and that is room 7 it's cramped and it has a smell that I can't stand

Good value. Coffee maker was very clean and overall clean room.

Deadbolts on doors are disabled by proprietor. Curtains have small decorative holes that lets in street lights so not complete privacy. No sugar for coffee.

Room was very clean, and had a little kitchenette in it, with a full size fridge, beds were very comfy.

The smell in the office at check in was a bit sketchy as to what the rooms would be like, but I was very surprised, and they were nice and smelled fine.

Owner managed with lots of small touches like chargers and lightning/USB-c/MicroUSB cables by the beds. Completely updated bathrooms. Large rooms that were clean. Great in-room coffee with ceramic cups!

Convenient location, close to downtown Sussex. Totally adequate accomodation, clean and comfortable. As far as a budget motel goes it was really good...

Was there in the winter, the parking lot was super slippery, almost got my truck stuck, some sand or salt spread around would have helped greatly...that's my only comment.

They don’t accept pets. It is rare that I would travel without my small dog. I would not be able to use them normally. Great location. For dog sport people who use The 8th Hussars Sport Center for weekend events. Too bad!

Our room was spacious and had a kitchen area (with a microwave, sink, full sized fridge plus a coffee maker). The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is also great. It on Main Street but back off the road so it is quiet and convenient. The staff were friendly at check in. Highly recommend!
