Burleigh Falls Inn

We did not have breakfast, but we had a lovely lunch. Huge salads for the two of us, but rather expensive for lunch. $70.00+ for lunch. You may possibly rethink your pricing for a Caesar salad.

The first night we had dinner and there was no chef on staff! (WHAT?!!) The waitress told us a couple of younger adults (kids) were preparing the meals. We waited 45 mins. to receive our meal and the order was wrong when it finally arrived!! Big disappointment as we were starving. The store was not in operation and we needed a bag of ice. Ice cream place wasn't open yet. Had to ask the lady at the front desk if she could spare a small bag of ice.....she did, thank you. But, your store would certainly be an asset and provide you with additional income if it were available.

We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday evening in order to have a full day to drive around and explore the area. It was early June and the pool was open and very clean and big. They have a lovely setting with a large patio and restaurant. This place would be awesome for a wedding party.

The restaurant was not open during our stay due to lack of customers staying at the Inn and staffing shortage early in the week so I can't comment on the food. This is more to do with the government of Canada making it difficult for American tourists to visit due to border restrictions and the stupid Arrivecan app. This is not the fault of the Inn.

Christine from the front desk, Debra, who served us on Friday night and Jennifer, were all great and willing to offer suggestions for our stay! My husband and I will definitely come back.

I don't really have any constructive suggestions other than maybe the market being open, which I understand is happening soon.

The Inn is very nicely situated close to the Burleigh Falls and has its own marina. We had a big room with a view on the lake and a huge terrasse. The owners are super friendly. our daughter stayed with us on our last night after her graduation reception. This was not planned. But we got an additional cod for her at no additional costs. The whole area. is very nice. There are some trails for walking close by.

Our afternoon sitting on the porch enjoying a refreshing drink was a great way to start our vacation. The young lady who attended to our every whim was delightful. Definitely an asset to the inn. We slept peacefully with the rapids lulling us to sleep. Beakfast was delicious Our waitress was pleasant and excellent service. The location of the Inn is worst millions. We will be back.

Absolutely nothing

Worth every penny. I chose this spot to wake up at on my birthday during my Ride the Highlands Adventure and it could not have been more perfect! The room was very cozy and the view was stunning. I got a little balcony on the second floor, lovely to sip my coffee on in the morning. She gave me a room so I'd be able to see bike- which is super comforting and very considerate. I'd definitely return!!! The staff were super friendly and thoughtful. And the location has an Inn, a motel, cabins - so plenty of options to meet your fancy. Looooved it!

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open so I could've enjoyed meals on the balcony- alas, covid is still affecting many things. So not the Inns flaw in any way.

The room was very spacious with a private balcony and views overlooking the Burleigh Falls dam.

The Inn is just off the highway so there is a bit of vehicle noise as well as the rush of water flowing through the dams. If you’re a light sleeper you may need ear plugs for a restful sleep.

The location was great. Lovely patio to sit out on. Breakfast was great. Staff were so helpful. The manager Jennifer was so helpful and pleasant. She even found me a kettle so i could have my tea on the patio. The restaurant was great .so nice to be able to enjoy dinner and not have to leave the hotel. Both nights we were there they had great entertainment.

Beautiful place , clean and the staff was very helpful

Nice place but every once in a while there was a strong septic smell , we smelled it last time we were there also. Would be nice if there was a working boat launch too

no-see-ums invaded our room in the evening, probably the screens could not stop them. Had spray in car and killed them but had to run the ac thereafter. I hate low toilets. The long steep stairs were a bit of a challenge for an old guy with wonky knees.
