The breakfast was great!! The lady attending was very accommodating--we had a toddler with us. The front desk staff was good when my key would not work numerous times. and the fellow at the end wanted to look at my complaint.

The towel bar was held on by a thread and fell off when I removed a bath towel.! I wish the curtain went around the patio door--as night arrivals headlights flashed into the room. Could the shower have a liner--so I know if the curtain goes in or out??? I made a water mess on the floor!

We were a couple attending a wedding nearby. Perfect location for us. The room was clean. Easy to access by car and with free parking. Wifi available with no extra cost. Good price/ quality value. I liked how water and coffee was available at all times. It was overall a great stay.

Staff have no customer service skills. Felt like we are asking a favour or bothering them for asking them something instead of them being nice and pleased to serve/ help us. Breakfast was good, however the lady working there seemed annoyed all the time. So much tension. Smiles would do wonders to make guests welcome, special in the arrival and in the morning.

Breakfast was nice, simple, had the proper basics. Area was kept clean and well supplied.

There was a mix-up in the room we were assigned so we had someone else trying to enter our room at 11:15pm, then a staff knocking at our door about 11:30, and our key cards got disabled because of it. Wasn't impressed. We also had to clean a wad of hair out of the tub drain so it would drain while we were showering. That should be maintained better.

Excellent! The breakfast, the accommodations for an extra person, the reception desk employees. The parking lot and the location were just perfect!

The toilet flushes was not working at his best…I mentioned it to the reception desk! I wish there was a list of tv channels to find out where were the French ones…

Green space around the property & small park round the corner was good for travellers with dogs. Easy access to outside via patio door. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good bagged breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches to heat in the rooms microwave was provided during Covid restrictions. Although there was no cleaning of the room, garbage & recycling was dealt with promptly once left outside the door as were fresh towels.

Very few available outdoor chairs to sit on comfortably, a few benches or tables to sit out and socially distance visit on the grass area would be nice. Lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes, some over the door hooks would be great.

The location was convenient to the golf course for a tournament we were there for. The staff was friendly when I asked for fresh towels and the rooms were clean. We had an adjoining rooms so the boy had some privacy.

I don't like how the hotel door slams back at you when you push it open. I had a pizza box in my left had and pushed the door opened with my right, thinking it would stay open as I walked through, but no, it slammed back to me and hit the pizza box which in turned hit me in the left ribs and it has been very sore and painful for over a week now. I am sure I bruised my ribs. I will now be very careful when opening hotel room doors.

I was grateful that each room had a microwave and that the breakfast provided came with a recommendation from staff on how long to heat the breakfast sandwich. The space was comfortable and clean.

I wish someone had told me when I arrived that the room would not be cleaned until my departure. My babies diaper leaked on the bed, so I stripped the bed expecting it would be redone before we came home, only to find everything as it was when I left. I was only told after I asked why the room wasn't cleaned that these measures were being taken because of Covid.

The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The room was comfortable too.

The only thing that annoyed us was that we couldn’t park our car outside of the room patio door, it was always occupied. Fortunately the morning we were to leave it wasn’t and we were able to pack the vehicle through that door. It was a handicap room so maybe a handicapped sign to keep it available to the room.

The breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be, it was very easy to check in and out, and the place was very clean

It was very basic. No frills, just a decent room to stay in for a night. Which means there isn’t anything to dislike, just don’t go in expecting much.

Did not want to eat your breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Enough towels, supplies. Came up to fix phone problem right away. Enjoyed walk to lake, harbour, Victoria Park. Enjoyed restaurants.
