Best Western Parkway Inn & Conference Centre

The property is easily accessed from Highway 401 and the St. Lawrence Parkway. The lovely riverside park and trail is a short drive away. It's a 'predictable' stay for us, no surprise and no disappointments. The bar/ restaurant is lovely and the service has always been personable and efficient. Rooms are large and quiet and the beds / pillows are comfortable. Tasty and plentiful hot / cold buffet-style breakfast.

No disappointments

Included breakfast buffet was the best one of our two-week trip. Electric fireplace and secondary inside door to room were nice touches.

No elevator, so anyone with mobility issues should request a room on the ground floor. TV uses a bizarre double-channel system that makes it impossible to jump directly to different channels. You have to move through the channels one at a time with a clunky remote. Very frustrating.

The room was incredible! Spacious, clean, modern - and though we didn't use it, the fireplace gave it an extra cozy feel. We also liked that there was a source of delicious, excellently prepared and plated food on the premises and that they delivered to our room.

The only thing we would have liked was direct access from the room to the car. We both have mobility issues and it would have made unloading and reloading easier.

Staff was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room. Our room was spacious with a couch and desk. Dining room staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options for our family.

I have mobility issues, so an elevator would be helpful, if ground floor rooms are not available. We were able to use a gift card, but the price would have been a bit high without that.

Spacious, clean room (carpeted) and bathroom. Best of all, super quiet and comfy beds offered much needed rest. Staff were helpful and friendly

Due to COVID19 restrictions, we were offered bagged breakfasts. We found that the hotel didn’t put much effort in this. A little more variety would’ve been nice (there are cheaper hotels with way better breakfasts at this time)

The staff, right from the front desk to the cheerful wait staff, were so friendly, accommodating. The bed was the most comfortable one we have slept on in a hotel, ever! The room was very quiet and clean. On the main floor which is perfect as we travelled with our dog. The breakfast was wonderful with many options.

Cannot think of a single thing

I like everything about this Best Western. It is the only hotel I will stay at when in or passing through Cornwall. The beds are comfortable, rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff are great.

The only comment I could make is that I wish they could open the restaurant a bit earlier in morning or make coffee available like they did before the COVID restrictions.

The room was very clean. The free breakfast was great. It was nice to have a nice on site restaurant for a lovely sit down meal while travelling.

It was noisy. There was a wedding party on site so it was understandable. You could hear people all hours of the night like they were in our room.

The staff was amazingly friendly. they would remember any special order or request. good breakfast. very spacious room. the hotel is very well located in the city

Breakfast was great. Very nice room. Nice space in room to move with sitting area. Supper was great as well. Nice little pub downstairs. Building is well maintained & clean. No need to update or modernize as decor is classic, rustic & cozy. Lovely Christmas decorations. Staff were great.

Bed was a little firm but overall great. We were disappointed as we were not permitted to play pool at the pub.
