Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites London, an IHG Hotel

The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. they were even able to provide me with gluten free toast. The rooms were wonderful as liked to get together for a couple games of cards before bedding down for the night and having the sitting room part made it excellent.

You could make the cost a little bit less however we understand in these times the cost of everything is going up. Try and leave cost at least where it is now.

The hotel location is nice (although far from downtown) with a good range of restaurants nearby. I would say in terms of restaurants the location is even better than most areas of downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean

No daily cleaning provide due to covid. It is 2022, and by now people learned how to "act" around covid. I feel some hotels use covid as an excuse to not offer specific services helping them to cut costs.

The staff were super nice the Restaurant was super great! We had a small problem, and the meal was immediately removed from the bill. I accidentally spilled my winte, and the glass was replaced, free of charge. We had breakfast the next day in the same Mykos Gril land it was very very good, and served quickly. Prices are very reasonable.. highly recommended

Could t get the coffee maker for work, but did not report it until we were leaving. They would have replaced it. Maybe it was me! It was a Keurig..

Location was central to where we wanted to be. The room was large which was great and the staff very accommodating.

There wasn’t a free breakfast as was advertised on the website which was one reason we chose this hotel. However upon looking closer on the site we saw that this may change due to covid. I think the free breakfast advertisement should have been removed instead of putting the fine print about the changes due to covid. There was a discount offered at the attached restaurant but the prices there were a bit high for us.

this really doesn’t at all reflect on my satisfaction with the hotel but I hope that any parents of travel teams reading this remind their extremely rowdy sons that they should respect the other guests and not run the halls yelling at the top of their lungs.

Close to several amenities. Extremely clean and very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was amazing.

Had a very loud and disrespectful group of hockey parents on my floor. Made it difficult for my children to sleep. When complained to front desk staff they handled it right away.

Little things mostly. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up. The office chair at the desk had all the covering worn completely off the arms. Cigarette butts on the ground at the front entrance. One of the elevators was very slow. it took forever for the doors to open. Posters in the elevator had ads for the restaurant that expired in March.

Convenient location. Staffs are friendly. It looks like even their entry level room is a suite, so good size for everyone. Bed is very comfortable and large and I definitely had a good sleep.

Welll the room facilities are a bit old. The hot water was particularly slow, which I waited around three four minutes before water actually turns warm for shower.

The location was nice (not too busy, close to several stores, restaurants, and the mall). The rooms were clean and the restaurant was nice for breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful.

Did not realize housekeeping is requested 1 day in advance and when we requested to have our room cleaned since the bathroom was wet, would be nice if we were given an exception- but completely fine as we were offered more supplies.
